Second time purchasing food from this location And the service and food being terrible. Also, this is the second time I have found SMALL HOLES IN MY SAUCES

The wings I received were so badly tossed, I actually received pulled chicken, it was just a mess in a plate!! The quality is really not there no more!!

I waited over a hour during drive thru line just to hear they forgot my order. The manager Emily on duty did not want to come to the window to speak regarding this issue. Very horrible service.

Was very disappointed in my food, it was throwed together an dry ...ordered loaded fries I had a few sprinkles of cheese an 1/2 slice of bacon an few pieces of chicken diced ...Peach tea...big glob of syrup in the middle of my cup.

I’m writing this review this place was terrible I stopped there at 9:45 it was a bunch of young people playing i get home and the quesadilla wasn’t even together they just threw it in the container the owners and managers know what type of employees they have it’s terrible that we have gotten to this you can’t go out and buy a decent meal

My daughter tried to order shrimp but was told they did not have any right now. So she came to the table to tell me and ask what I wanted. I told her and she went back to the front. Now we are the ONLY ones inside but she was standing there and people looked at her and NO one asked what they could do or take her order. So I got up took a couple of pics and she walked back up to the front and she was asked for her, then.
It also seemed like the air was not working.

Love Zaxby’s chicken and fries especially with their buffalo sauce it’s my favorite but I will say that sauce being 25 cents has always been annoying and the app they offer should have more deals more often to keep people coming
