Ordered thru the app since it’s closer to my job than the other Zaxbys on Franklin. Upon arrival by best customer service I have received from a Zaxbys so far. I was very impressed. My food was hot and tasted so good.

This location literally gets my simple order wrong every single time and always forgets your sauces, straws, seasonings, literally every single time, same thing today and entire order was cold.

OMG this specific location did renovations but they should’ve started with the food. I ordered boneless wing meal. This wings aren’t edible. They have been cooked so hard I can barely bite into them. I spent $15. A waste of my hard earned money. I will never return and I would advise anyone reading this not to waste your time or money going. I give them negative 5 stars if that was an option

Hit the spot! They have so many options for combo meals. It was pretty clean but they don’t really have big tables for our group of 7. We pulled up chairs from another table to make it work. They have a single bathroom for each gender.

Always an issue when trying to use coupon on bottom of receipt. Get told you get an email but it doesn't do that it gives validation number after completing survey. Like dude I'm just trying to save some freaking money and you as a corporation give out the damn survey on the receipt. Do better.....train ya employees.....
