We became extremely sick hours after eating a salad and boneless BBQ wings from the W Franklin Zaxby's.
My friend and I both had vomiting, diarrhea and I was so dizzy I could barely walk. All symptoms of food poisoning. We both were sick about 5 days.
I thought I might have to go to er but family came and stayed with me to help.
Scary. Its been weeks and I can't even think about this place without wanting to hurl.

The location on 321. Have descent service. Their drive through is very quick in my experience.

They really skimped on the large fries and didn't let us order just the grilled chicken with lettuce like every other location does which is how we order it because my daughter has allergies and can't have tomato or gluten.

I think the employee at the drive thru was having a bad day or he doesn’t know a thing about customer service. He had an awful attitude, made me feel like he was doing me a favor by taking my order 👎🏻 At least the food was good.

This location has absolutely gone to crap. The amount of money that you pay for food you expect to get what you pay for. Gradually over the past year you get less and less for the same money. Better value at McDonalds

Very disappointed. Ordered a Giant Quesadilla, but was told, I kid you not, that today is the last day of the sale, but they are out. Another employee very unhelpfully adds that aren't selling any more. Not too bad, except the center menu board above the counter is prominently displaying a video advertising this menu item. You could at least apologize and put up a sign indicating that is no longer available instead of acting like it's my fault you didn't plan your inventory properly.

Absolutely disgusting. Cold soggy food, bread wasn’t toasted it was wet. Forgot parts of the order didn’t even tell us. Went back said oh we are out NO REFUND what in the heck. This NEW store should be shut down it’s horrible. Avoid!
