Waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged while three employees stood around chatting behind the counter chatting and scrolling on their phones. When someone finally came over, they acted like we were inconveniencing them by ordering. Terrible attitudes all around

I understand it is a busy store, but there is a consistent issue with orders being stolen for delivery drivers and the staff have been trained to *not handle* the problem. Delivery drivers: don't go here and expect to find your order waiting, and if you attempt to work with staff to resolve the issue, they will typically be unhelpful. If it is an issue on multiple days and multiple shifts, and not for other stores i frequent, then it is an isolated problem. I've tried talking to staff, management and door dash

Burnt food greasy food bad management. The GM Rachel is horrible. They refuse to remake my meal because I only had a picture of the old receipt. I would have you to know that old receipt wasn’t legible when i first ordered 3 weeks prior. She couldn’t read it either. It’s a dump.. it’s not a corporate store either. Don’t go there

Food was fresh and delicious, service was spectacular, only issue was when they say extra fries there is never any extra. Other Zaxbys actually do but this one barely gives a single serving.
No exaggeration but very few fries.

What’s the point in Offering curbside pickup?! had to wait 20 minutes for them to not even acknowledge me until I go through the drive through and my order just sitting there ready.. so ridiculous

Girl at the front, believe her name was Abigail was very rude. Not sure if she was having a poor day. Was on site to donate blood and had a quick question and was ignored and given a stiff finger to a cashier. Bad rep for Zaxby’s
