Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My wife and I went inside. Stood at the counter for 20 minutes(they weren't busy), and not one person(out of 8) even welcomed us or helped us. I can't review the food because we left.

I like the.zensation Asian salad, but for.drive thru stop putting the dressing on it

Went get today and went through the drive thru. Ordered 25.00 worth of food had a 50.00 bill cause I didn't have my debit card and they wouldn't take it. Girl at window was rude and didn't even offer to hold my food so I could go get change. So instead of taking the 50.00 bill they threw away 25.0 worth of food!!! And she could careless. Neither did the manager!!!

Terrible service waited 20 min for one salad had no chicken or bacon. The drive thru cleared out twice while I waited. Terrible service. Please don’t waste your time going to this location

Not the best this time around...tenders were tiny, fries were stale and cool. Forgot some sauces and drinks were watered down

While the service through the drive thru was fast, I had ordered 2 things, an Egg Roll Grilled Chicken Salad w/ the dressing on the side, and 10 PC chicken wings. The whole order was very disappointing. My egg roll was over cooked, and the tortilla strips on my salad were soggy. Then my husband's chicken wings were all very overcooked and cold. Kinda like they spent the last hour or 2 under a heat lamp.
As the first time at any Zaxby's and we were both disappointed.

Been sitting in the drive-thru for about 5 minutes, cars beginning to pile up. I asked several times if anyone is there.

Disorganized and forgetful, took 20 to place an order then another 20 to fix it.

Waited over 20 minutes for food, food was cold, didn't get everything ordered. Had to go back to counter and ask for our food. Asked for hot fries and they wanted our entire plate back and all we wanted were hot fries. The only good thing was the fried cheese stick bites and they were hot and fresh. Alyssa M was very helpful and apologetic but Mgr was not. I also think the Mgr is one who gave us our food and left off fried cheese sticks. That we had to go back and ask for. Observed that everyone in restaurant was not happy with service and the wait for food
