Stayed here on a visit to my son at Elon University. The Manor is a hidden gem. Very friendly owner and staff with delicious food. I will absolutely return to stay and/or eat again.

We enjoyed our dinner for Valentine's Day. The food was outstanding they even made items gluten free for me. David and the other waiters were impeccable as always. The ambiance is just lovely and it is definitely one of my favorite places to eat. Kudos to the chef!

Saint Jacques is special. It is an authentic fine dining experience with a french cuisine point of view. The menu is focused. The wine list is a nice combination of affordability along with high end wines. The staff is friendly and great care was experienced every time we have visited. It is our favorite special occasional restaurant in the Triad region.

An amazing night! The food was amazing and the ambience was great for a semi-private date night for my wife and me. The food was spot on. Highly recommended for special occasions and date nights.

First time visit. Very charming historical home Inn. Service was friendly and efficient. We had a romantic table for two with crisp white tablecloth. The food was classic French and delicious. The escargot and the fois gras and duck were all expertly prepared. Great for special occasions

It's a smalll place. I thought it was going to be an upscale experience. I was obviously over dressed in a jacket and tie. Seems like the younger crowd liked jeans and plaid shirts. Tables a close proximity and people were loud and uncouth.

Salads were an afterthought. Spring mix with a few grape tomatoes and 1 onion piece. Dressing was bland. Entrees, gnocchi and chicken crepe were fantastic. Great flavors and sauces. The hot bread was a great touch and very tasty. Nice touch to crumb tables between courses. Thanks for the complimentary birthday dessert. We also got the lemon cheesecake. Not my favorite. Minimal lemon flavor. The service was 1st class. Still 5 stars overall. Would definitely come back.

we had an absolutely wonderful dinner for my wife's birthday...everything was beyond excellent, especially the foie gras appetizer....we have dined here in the past and will be going back more often...perhaps the best part of the inn are the people and how well they treat the guests...the owner, lil, was especially gracious, seeing us out the door and making sure our dinner and experience was just perfect....rare to find that level of care anywhere these days....we are thankful to live near such a unique and beautiful restaurant

This was our second trip here & this time it was to celebrate my birthday. Everything was absolutely delicious & the service was impeccable too. I was so thrilled to be told they had their signature bread pudding, even though it was not on the menu. It is the best I have ever eaten! I told the waiter that if ya'll ever do a cooking class , making the bread pudding, to sign me up!!!

We snagged this reservation at the last minute due to a cancelation. It was the best New years Eve dinner! Best food we have had in a while. The service was impeccable , and the staff was delightful. We will definitely be going back for an overnight stay to enjoy the whole experience of the Manor!!!
