I really don’t know what all the rave is about with this place. The staff is rude. With the exception maybe one or two people. The tables are ridiculously small and it’s a cafeteria, not a restaurant restaurant. The food does not cook to order. Is prepared ahead of time and just dumped in vats. Everything was cold, and it was the most disgusting food I’ve ever had in my life. Just nasty.

The lady who is typically working the register (a bit older) isn’t very pleasant. Very rude, definitely doesn’t need to be up front dealing with people anywhere. Food was OK but it’s definitely changed. Poor customer service will turn people away no matter how good the food is.

Was served chicken that was not cooked completely. When I said something to the employee they argued with me that is was . . Then he went back over behind the counter and continued to talk about me and my friend I was with. I've never been treated like this by a restaurant before. I was so upset I couldn't even finish my meal . My advice to others is avoid this place.

Nobody was friendly that was serving the food or working the register. I have been several times, and it's been this way every time. It seems like they're nice to everyone else, though. I don't understand, but I know I'm not the only one. A friend of mine said she has had the same experience and isn't returning. Now the waitress is always very sweet so we always take care of them. I just won't go back. That was 3 times. They were just very pushy (even on slow times)rude, no thanks or anything. Poor manners and kinda disrespectful. The cashier doesn't even give the total. She just looked at me. I was tending to my grandson and was waiting for her to say my amount. I actually said, " I'm sorry I didn't hear a total. She said nothing. She seemed just very rude and bitter looking. I don't even know these people, but it's terrible business. Also, they already had tea to put on my tray before I was asked anything to drink, I wanted water, and she showed she was irritated by that. For a family business, they are not one I will be supporting anymore. I really tried to give them a chance. Thinking it may be just a bad day, but no, it's how they treat my family for some unknown reason. I hope the owner gets to the bottom of that because it's not the way it should be .Kid-friendliness: Nobody behind the counter are kid friendly. Just hateful and very unfriendly to a child. That is just awful
