If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. We ordered a door dash order and we had a singular missing item and EVERY SINGLE ITEM was messed up. Our pepperoni roll ups had random honey mustard and barbecue sauce. My turkey sub had the toppings of an outlaw sub although I got a pretty basic sub with lettuce tom, and oil and vinegar. My mom’s sub received my toppings, and my siblings sub was missing entirely. Couldn’t reach the store to call and complain. Overall severely disappointed and probably won’t come back.

Arrived at subway at 820 to grab dinner. Open sign is lit and door is locked. Worker came from the back and looked and walked back to the back. Such a downfall when they are one of the only places around here and they can’t honor their posted hours.

extremely disappointed and disgusted by this subway location. My fiancée ordered a sub there yesterday afternoon, and not long after eating it, he became ill. He had leave his place of business and be to taken to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with food poisoning an experience that was not only traumatic but completely avoidable with proper food safety practices.
It’s unacceptable for any restaurant to serve food that puts someone’s health at risk. This isn’t just a bad meal, this was a serious health issue caused by negligence.
I strongly urge the management to review their food storage, preparation, and hygiene procedures immediately. No one should have to fear getting sick from a simple meal. Until serious changes are made, I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone. If I could leave a “0” star review I would!!

This location never accepts coupons or discounts, so I drive three minutes up the road to the location at Mount Hope Church Road to save several dollars on every order.

I used to eat Subway for lunch several times a week between 2016-2020. Always ordered the exact same thing. I loved it until the menu/bread changed and the sandwiches literally tasted like nothing. Absolutely zero flavor. Maybe once a year I've given Subway another chance, but it has always been flavorlessly disappointing yet again. Until I tried this store last week. I have no idea what they did differently, but it tasted like the Subway I had remembered years prior. It was so good, I practically inhaled it. Because of this positive experience, I decided to get Subway again today, but at a different location... Absolute flavorless trash. So I have no idea what this location does different, but they are worth a stop in. Subway as a whole: 1 star. How they charge as much as Jersey Mikes makes me wonder how they are even still in business. The comparison is laughable. This location: 5 stars for giving me the Subway I have longed for for years and a delicious sandwich for a change.
Walked in, and there is only two people getting food. Stood there and stood there finally there is only one person left paying for their food. Still no one acknowledged me or asked to take my order. This used to be the best subway. 3 weeks ago or so they went fromhaving the most awesome meaty subs to you are lucky if you get a full slice of meat on each half of a foot long. The ends are meatless. I paid for double meat and got 3 slices per half , when I used to get almost an inch thick. I understand cutting down a bit , but that's a hella difference when I paid 4 dollars for extra. Go back to your old subs .. they were freaking amazing

On Sunday, August 25th, the woman behind the counter was rude and disrespectful to me. She was preaching trump nonsense, repeating lies that I’m sure she heard on the faux news. All I wanted was to get a sub, I don’t need to hear her saying that she loved trump and repeating all of her lies.
