Walked in, and there is only two people getting food. Stood there and stood there finally there is only one person left paying for their food. Still no one acknowledged me or asked to take my order. They had to redo that person's order .. still 8mins later and still no one even acknowledged I was there and I walked out. Never going back

This used to be the best subway. 3 weeks ago or so they went fromhaving the most awesome meaty subs to you are lucky if you get a full slice of meat on each half of a foot long. The ends are meatless. I paid for double meat and got 3 slices per half , when I used to get almost an inch thick. I understand cutting down a bit , but that's a hella difference when I paid 4 dollars for extra. Go back to your old subs .. they were freaking amazing

On Sunday, August 25th, the woman behind the counter was rude and disrespectful to me. She was preaching trump nonsense, repeating lies that Iβm sure she heard on the faux news. All I wanted was to get a sub, I donβt need to hear her saying that she loved trump and repeating all of her lies.

Have ordered from this location 3 times and of course 3rd strike means they're out. Ordered on the app and of course the order is plainly printed and taped to the bag for anyone that can follow directions to read and make a simple sandwich. One time a club had teriyaki instead of mayo. The worst part is the way the same employee treats you when you come back like it's your fault. On top of being rude and not just correcting error he was so rude to my fiance he's lucky we just walked out. A/C system leaks from ceiling also right over where they pull bread to make sandwiches. What kinda makes the whole thing funny is he was wearing a Bojangles shirt the last and final trip there.

Place an online order, watch the status go from received, confirmed, building, to ready for pickup. Get to the store to no order and the response "I have no idea buddy". What a joke.

This is the worst subway I have EVER BEEN TO worst fast food experience I ever had period in my life !!! Get new staff who knows what they are doing and doesnβt give free food away to family in front of customers!!!!!

Please stop locking your doors at 8:50. Youβre supposed to be open until 9pm. My lunch break starts at 8:45 and I get there at 8:50 only to find the doors locked. I order simple, easy, quick things.

Beware of this Subway. I ate there today and had bugs in my drink. They looked like ants and I think they got into the self service sweet tea itself. Unfortunately I did not notice them until I was almost done with my drink. They were all dead so they must have been in there for awhile. Iβm extremely grossed out and needless to say I will not be eating here again! ??
Update: Submitted this review and a complaint to Subway directly and after almost a week have not received a response from either. I thought I add this just to highlight the companyβs customer service, please beware when choosing to eat at this company!
