Worst dining experience of my life! My dad found a long blonde hair in his salad. The food was horrible. Sweet tea and water were awful. Save your money and go get a can of chef boyardee, I promise it has more flavor. Restaurant smelled of stale cigarettes and needs a complete over haul.

Great food for the whole family with a few simple rules. We had 12 in our party.1. make sure to call in advance ... you can't just show up.2. Don't ask for anything not on the menu as written ... it's a small family run business3. Bring wine4. I had a great rib eye ... great appetizers ...

I love Nikolas. I’ve been there every year pretty much for a dozen or more years. The food is seriously outstanding. Memorable. Wednesday August 23, 2023 I brought a 2013 Dominus Cab from home. They had rack of lamb as a special. Glorious. Their garlic bread is yummy. We had an ice creamy chocolate vanilla concoction for dessert. Each time I go I’m deliriously happy.

We rode by several times and finally stopped in for dinner. We were probably underdressed but were seated promptly and service was good. The food was excellent and the best steak in the area. After chatting with the owner after the meal, we learned her husband is the chef and cuts his steaks by hand daily. A family run restaurant with great food = we will definitely be back to try the many other dishes on the menu!

The water tastes like actual pool water. The sweet tea is even worse. I think it’s instant. There’s a weird disco ball near the bar? And the decor is all baby pink. Needs a complete overhaul. All the stories of it being the best back in day…not anymore

I thoroughly enjoyed the efficient and attentive service, tasteful dated atmosphere, as well as the delicious food. I'll definitely want to eat here, when in the area again.

The only nice thing I can say about this place is that the food was pretty good. The owner/server was ,I guess, in charge of our table. She was rude, unfriendly and uncaring to the fact that we asked two times if we could have five or 10 minutes to enjoy our wine and our friends before ordering our dinner. She came back in less than two minutes and informed us that she was in fact, ready to take our order for dinner and then, if we wanted to linger, we could linger over dessert. Who says that?The server that helped her was pleasant, but I promise you I will never be back! , Bad/rude service is what makes or breaks you in this business. When talking to other business owners on our trip through roaring gap, they were a appalled as well, but not surprised. It’s no wonder the parking lot was not full!I hope she was simply having a bad day, but sadly, I don’t believe that was the case.

We had a great experience at the restaurant waiters were very attentive food was great. I would like to seen a little quieter music like a little Italian music instead of the rock and roll but that's okay.
