Met these guys at the Elkin Farmers Market and was offered a small taste. Decided to go the next day and sample the huge varieties they spoke about.
It was a nice drive up there. Its nestled in the back of a nice log cabin. Plenty of patio space, ample tasting room tastefully decorated. The brewer and his wife are very hospitable and love to talk about their craft.
Theres beehives in the back pasture and has a nice view, but the flavors of the mead are amazing! Every one has a unique flavor complexity and “personality”. No two are alike.
If you want a Mead tasting adventure this is the place to visit.

We went here today and loved it! Had something for our whole group! They were all friendly and thorough in explaining what each mead was! So impressed and will definitely be back!

Wonderful, absolutely fantastic, best service, best mead I have ever had.
Stopped by this meadery to try mead for the first time. Was not disappointed! Extremely knowledgeable, informative, and friendly brewer, as well as staff. The mead was excellent! Tried various flights, settled on the .50 Caliber bottle to take home. Will be back for more on the next run!
What a wonderful place to spend an afternoon! Hospitality was unmatched and the meads diverse and delicious. Don't miss it!
