We had Aaron’s cater our daughter’s wedding and it was fantastic!! We had several compliments on the BBQ, chicken, and fixings. We’ve already heard folks say they intend to use Aaron’s for catering based on what they saw and ate at the wedding! Great job!

I had fish stew and candied yams and corn bread. The food was delicious as always! Word's of advice: If you want fish stew, get there early for lunch. They open at 11:00. Fish stew is only on Fridays at lunch.

Have coworkers who've continued to nag me to try Aarons. Now I know why.
This is counter order, and you are given a number. They will yell out said number and bring food to your table. Drinks are self-serve.
Dinner on date above. Saturday is their ribeye night (after 5 pm), and we went with that. Wow. This dinner comes with two sides. I got baked potato (loaded if wanted), a tossed type salad, and a piece of grilled/buttered bread.
Salads will come out first. These are simple salads with cheese, plush green lettuce medley, and tomato. Simple and to the point. Good.
As mentioned, the baked potato comes with all the options you prefer. Good version.
The piece of bread was scrumptious. Excellent. Buttered, toasted/grilled heaven.
Oh, but the ribeye! Cooked perfectly, seasoned awesomeness. Man, this steak could quite possibly be among the best I can remember having. Yes, it is that good. This is coming from a filet guy who never orders ribeyes anywhere. I am in awe and can't wait to come back. Nailed it. Please get this.
The unassuming interior (well kept) and the rural setting are not to be overlooked. Your food comes out super quick. Please give it a go.

Went a bit off our path from Topsail, NC to Baltimore, MD in search of bbq, and Aaron's was WORTH IT! We enjoyed the chicken and pork bbq, as well as a burger. All were perfect. Trust me, get the slaw! Service was welcoming & attentive, while giving you your space. One server offered what sounded to my Yankee ears like "lay-min pa", and pointed to today's fresh desserts, which were the most beautiful lemon meringue and pumpkin roll I have ever seen. Unfortunately, we couldn't eat another bite. As for the vibe... I saw two men, who were obviously acquaintances saying goodbye. Before turning to go, one leaned in and asked, "What's your mom's name?" I didn't hear the answer, but the man followed up with, "I'll pray for her." And I do believe he meant it. Anyway, check out Aaron's. We loved it and hope you do too.
Marginal at best. Pros - food was hot. Cons - tables and floors were dirty. Alot of flies pestering you while trying to eat, staff not very courteous when asked questions. I wanted leave but husband was hungry so we stayed.

My wife and I have found a real southern cooking gem at Aaron's! What friendly and kind people they have and the food is DELICIOUS. THE FLOUNDER! You must try the flounder on Fridays... Skinless, boneless, perfect size and seasoning! And the ribeye steak is VERY tasty. Desserts? Oh YES, they have that covered also. Sweet tea is always fresh and perfectly sweetened. We have made Aaron's one of our regular spots! We went to Aaron's last night and got two of the most delicious steaks I've ever had at a restaurant. The baked potatoes the salad and the bread were delicious

A little out of the way, but well worth the trip. I had the hamburger steak and 2 sides. The food was very good, decent price and the service was friendly and very helpful. Would recommend without a problem and will visit again.
