My worst dining experience ever. The place didn't have but 12 people in there....waited almost 2 hours for a burger and fries....the waitress was nice....but the manager was confusing and the food turned out to not be so good. It was just a real disappointment

Upon my arrival there was no wait time (solo). My order was taken @10 minutes after my arrival. Food was great, a little disorganized but probably due to change of shift. Food was good, $6.00 drink was a little weak. Atmosphere clean and quiet except during game watching lol. However, an employee was making strange noises from the back. It was very loud and somewhat funny. But was later explained and was nothing to worry about. Im not complaining about the noise it was just funny. Lol I didn't see anyone irritated just laughing.

Applebee's has changed! They used to be a great place to eat. Hopefully they will be able to get back to good customer service. Old grease should be changed twice throughout any shift.

I placed an order via mobile web for car side to-go as I've done countless times. Unfortunately, like my last order, the wait time was ridiculous. The time indicated for pickup was 5:56pm, and my order was not brought to my car until 6:26pm-- 30 minutes late. If I wanted to spend this much time sitting and twiddling my thumbs waiting, I'd have gone into the dining room and placed my order there. I choose car side to-go for convenience, and my past two experiences have unfortunately been anything but that.

This visit on 11/15/25 was so AWESOME. Our waitress was amazing(Tiara). She had a lot of customers but, she did her rounds constantly. She made sure the food was to our satisfaction and it was 🤗. My husband was so pleased with everything also. Best Steak House in town. The cook I scored a 10. The service was so good I scored a10. Atmosphere was better that most places around. It was so good I forgot to take my pictures before I started but, my husband reminded me. Hand down they have an Amazing Team. I was dancing in my seat because my steak was so so good. Thanks for your service!!! Awesome Job!!!

This place is worse than terrible. The whole place from top to bottom needs to be torn down and redone, including the staff. You really just can’t get any worse than this place. The Applebees bar is low, but, this place comes in so much lower.
This restaurant was excellent, the manager handled a situation perfectly,my wife and I was very pleased, I will be back to eat good job manager and server

I had a bad experience but thanks to the manager on the shift she made it better. Our server seemed like she didn’t want to bring us our drinks. I asked the manager for refills and our food to be remade and she was on it and quick about it without any hesitation and I just wanna say thank you to whoever was the manager on the shift on October 25th at 11:30pm. Ma’am you really had no problem with helping the table across from me and my table. You are an example of what a manager is supposed to be.
