Servers take forever to take your drink order, which should happen in a fairly decent time after being sat. Once you place your order, you have to wait forever, and it's always undercooked and incorrect. No one checks on you while you are sitting there wondering what's going on. This used to be a really nice restaurant that I frequented often, but it has really gone downhill.

My family and I went for lunch but kinda regretted it. I understand that the location is short staff. Servers were polite and attentive, but food needs work. One of us requested steak medium, and twice it came out tough and overcooked. Aside from that, the sides of fries were cold.
Service is great and everyone was welcoming and polite. The best part about this place aside from the stellar staff is the beer and abundance of sports entertainment available with a dozen TV's in view near the bar. The food here taste like the microwave cooked it. It is highly disappointing for the price point. I would not eat here again.

It's Applebee's a sports bar/restaurant. It was clean. The staff were polite and helpful. My only critique is that they did not have an item in stock at the bar when I ordered my drink. It didn't ruin my day, but any good bar manager would have back stock to ensure the bar would not run out of product midweek.

Hostess took forever to come to the desk. Waiting line of at least 20 min with an empty restaurant. The employees and manager just stand around and talk. Our waitress had ZERO personality. Didn’t get refill drinks until asked, and she never stopped during our meal to ask for refills, or check on how are meal was which the shrimp and Parmesan sirloin was one of the worst I’ve had at Applebees. Tough, gritty and the plate looked like it was thrown together. We ordered French onion soup which use to be hands down the best soup anywhere. Barely any soup, and the cheese was changed. Manager just tries to make a joke out of the whole thing. Needs a serious overhaul in this restaurant!!!

We go to Applebee's every so often the food and service is always good! However the Bathrooms are ALWAYS disgusting. in my 5 years of going to this Applebee's I have never once gone into those bathrooms and not been grossed out by how dirty they are. I dread using the bathroom when I go to eat there.
Food was nasty small potion even tho I bought the larger rib tip plate . Just gave me a headache I through food away I haven't had my food longer the 15 min went straight in garbage 🗑️

Great idea but badly executed! Applebee's was offering free meals to Veterans. My Veteran brother stood in line for 25 minutes the place was full, only to be told he had to eat in which you didn't know until you got in (not sign). If you want to honor a Vets what different does it make if they eat in or take out, especially if the place was full. The only reason I can think of was to make extra money for drinks or tips. My brother left the guy behind him left and probably some more unless the Veteran was dinning with their family. Should be better planned if there is a next time. I can't say whether the food was good or not because he didn't eat, he went over to Bojangles.

If I could leave this place 0 stars I would. Ordered a quesadilla burger told the waitress no BACON, and it got brought out with bacon, told one of the ladies to fix it she took it back to kitchen and never came back out with the fixed plate, first time I ever go out to eat and don’t eat. Even sadder I believe the same thing happend the first time I ate here years ago.
