I ordered takeout and ALISSA’S name was on my receipt. She didn’t prepare the extra sauces I ordered and I was completely missing an item. When I called to speak with a manager she DID NOT do as I requested and said she would get my refund back on said items. I have YET to see a refund ALISSA, I wish I could get my tip back that you probably THOUGHT you deserved.

Friendly atmosphere and great service. I asked for my lava cake to come out at the superbowl half time, and they timed it perfectly!Parking: The parking is super convenient if the parking lots ever full the adjacent parking lots won't be.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrances were on a flat surface, and accessing everything was a breeze.
The service was great. The waiter was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable.

Everything was subpar. Me and my family were celebrating our birthdays and presents which included sparkling apple juice and balloons were distributed to older and younger family members… while we were waiting the manager comes to our table and blurts out “y’all can’t have airplane bottles over here and if ya got em they need to be gone” ? We sat there in complete confusion, disgust, and irritation. I never expect much coming here, but this was very rude. There are ways to address things tactfully—and this was not done appropriately. His approach creates chaos and subjected my children who are two and three to ask “what’s an airplane bottle mommy” smh.Additionally, I asked for lightly seasoned salmon and they put zero seasoning on it at all and proceeded to put it on the side which was kind of ridiculous. Maybe I’m being petty, but there is a big difference between cooking salmon “lightly seasoned” and cooking salmon without and then trying to add it after.Overall, it’s a NO FOR ME!
Came in, waited 9 whole minutes before walking out. Tried to give em the benefit of the doubt after already walking out a couple months ago. Used to be my favorite spot about a decade ago. Had staff just standing around the kitchen and yall acting like yall don't see me?? On to the next one.

I drove an hour and a half to meet my son for dinner. Was seated quickly. Waited for the server for a while. Onion rings were not completely done. My shrimp and steak were extra salty. Broccoli was cold. Food on the floor and staff just kept walking over it for about 20 mins until I said that it was a hazard. The table behind me was piled with dirty dishes before we were seated and it was not cleaned until right before we left. There was a group of 5 servers standing less than 10 feet across from us, just laughing and talking, blocking the walkway, and steps. I love Applebees, but not this one.

I visited on Jan 13th and my service was great. The server gave her full attention to all her customers. I had Shrimp Alfredo and it was delicious. I was really pleased.Parking: Plenty of parking available.Kid-friendliness: Customers were there today with there kids. I noticed that they were seated away from the bar area. Kids and parents seemed to enjoy the atmosphere.
