I ordered a beef n cheeder on a sesame seed bun and all four times I went threw the drive threw they could manage to get my order right even when I spoke to the manager they still couldn't get my order right they we rude and not listening I have never had such shitty customer service I will definitely not be referring anyone to go here

Everybody talks about Chick-fil-A customer service, but Arby's is even better. Every visit comes with smiles and personality at the counter. They got Queens working all thru that place so you know the atmosphere is 🔥.
Had to wait 20 minutes for 2 regular roast beef and cheddar sandwiches.

Waited 20 minutes for my dine in order because of a "mix up" they told me only after I went back up to the counter wondering why a simple sandwich and curly fries was taking so long.
The food was fine but next time I'll just use the app or go through the drive thru.
The only complaint is things that used to be so cheap are no longer cheap and you get way less for what you pay for And can't stand when managers want them to up sale.They act like you're stupid because you don't have enough sense as the manager thinks to know what you want So he makes the staff offer you things that you didn't even ask for Upselling in a restaurant should be against the law and any restaurant that violates that should be fined
