Ordered fish sandwich based on the pictures...not even close. Not a fillet of fish, more like a large fishstick. The bun was fresh and soft so for the price not bad just not what I was expecting. James Earl Jones made it sound so good!!

I would give it a zero if that was an option. I ordered through the app and made sure to have the red ranch sauce taken off, because it may be the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker I was greeted with a bad attitude filled with”what can I get you?” Then when I I finally get home and sit down to eat, I check the beef and cheddar to make sure there is no red ranch, and boom! Covered in red ranch. The last theee or four times I’ve gone to this Arby’s they mess up something with the order. Horrible customer service and worse attention to details.

The only thing that I really have bad to say about here is the fact they have a employee named Andrew that after he asked for my name so that it could be put on my order I told him my name and then proceeded to spell it for him so it would be right and he wanted to argue with me about it and before I could finish the spelling he interrupted me and said "I have a cousin with that name, I know how to spell it." Well anyway the picture will show how he spelt my name after I tried to spell it the correct way for him. I think I'm going to think twice before coming back to what now used to my favorite place to eat. And for those that may or may not be asking it's spelled Michael not Mikel.

Marion at the register was absolutely excellent. She was so great in helping us pick what to order. She even put our sauces on a tray. ?
The girl working hung up on me and was rude. I called about a door dash mess up(got someone else’s food) and she argued about “refunding me” or just giving the RIGHT food i paid for .
Their milkshakes are soo smooth! Always a good meal here.
