The whole staff was great. The food was amazing and they have a variety of margaritas! I wish they would open one in smithfield nc! This is a staple to go to if you love good Mexican food.we are here on a conference and decided to look up local places to eat fir dinner today. I highly recommend this place. Also try a shot of their Mexican water!

I ran into this place by accident, and very much enjoyed the visit. Drinks start at about $12 dollars but very much worth it. The bartender took his time and made a amazing drink with the smoke and the food was amazing. Interesting point, this place had hella fruit and the bartender shared at no price... Staff was friendly and attentive and building was nice.. Will definitely visit again!

Last night was my 2nd time eating at Azul Tequilas this week. I'm a Las Vegas, NV native, I've been in Eastern North Carolina almost 4 years now. Being as I've only lived in a city built on entertainment and service I've had an endless selection of amazing places to eat, especially mexican food. After arriving here in ENC I quickly discovered that there aren't any restaurants I'd call amazing, and there certainly isn't any Mexican food that I'd even call decent. Oh, and 85% of the customer service is disgraceful. However, we were on the hunt for tacos Sunday afternoon and found Azul Tequilas. Boy oh boy, Amazing isn't even close to what I experienced. The food is the best Mexican food I've had since I moved to North Carolina. Actually, the best food I've had here, period. Their margaritas are among the best I've ever had, and I've had margaritas made by the top mixologists in the US, as well as all over Mexico. Lastly, the customer service is unbelievable. The people, the food, drinks, & atmosphere at Azul Tequilas has me so impressed that I'm writing a review to let folks know about it. For me to be impressed to this level is unheard of. I took my daughter there for dinner last night because it's also been almost 4 years since she's had an amazing dining experience. Our waitor's name was Angel. He took VIP level care of us, has a great sense of humor, and is extremely easy on the eyes. This place is 5 Star Michelin level on all levels. You need to stop reading reviews and go there, NOW! You won't be disappointed. ????????Vegetarian options: They've got a great selection of vegetarian dishes. Avocado tacos, 4 or 5 salads, and much more.

I ordered to go during lunchtime. I got the regular dinner which came with an enchilada, taco and tamale with beans and rice. IT WAS SOOO GOOD !!! Tamales are hit or miss for me because there’s never enough meat. There was meat in every bite of my tamale. My food was fresh. I loved that since my order was to go my taco was separated from my food. It had the perfect crunch and the meat was juicy! Everything was well seasoned and flavorful. I also ordered tres leches which was fluffy and sweet. I would go again. Thank youuuuu, Azul for the amazing meal and experience.

Food is good when we come here and I appreciate the service. But when we came tonight, it turned into an actual club for some reason, people dancing in the restaurant around the tables and bar. The music was uncensored rap, random R&B that was about sad women and their broken relationships. Idk why it was a karaoke and dance club but it wasn’t the vibe I came out to see and wanted to pay for.Nevermind there were kids and people sitting around uncomfortable that this group of people were playing YouTube on their phones for the aux or whatnot. Just obnoxious when I come out to eat with my family, didn’t realize I was paying for an inappropriate atmosphere and show.
