We arrived..there were six workers present. One was making coffee..one was working near drive through.. either that worker or the one making coffee greeted us..continued working.. on.. Then one asked to assist (no greeting) Of the three of us one went over to donut coubter..no one attended her. She patiently waited. I asked our server whether someone could help her. Server said someone will help her. No one did for at least another five minutes..workers did not appear busy just...

each time i have come here the experience has been amazing! the ice cream is delicious and they have a great selection of flavors. the dipped waffle cone is the best cone i’ve ever had. it is always super clean and the staff are very nice.
