Double check your bag like I should have. I got to my destination and had the wrong order. I asked for smoke sausage biscuits and received sausage biscuits. Simple oversight on both of us. Bojangles made it right ✅️.

Being fair with you, please keep toilet tissue, hand soap, and paper towels in the men's bathroom. It has more to do with health standards and the risk of infection or disease. Thank you for cooking ham well done preference. Nice people who don't smile but wait on you all the same except the front attendant who was very friendly. It's sad when you have to smile to get workers to smile. Wow

Was told don't go. Went anyway to see for myself. Service was fast, friendly and professional. Other than that very disappointing. Now I know why I was told skip them. I will not be returning to ANY location.
Went to the drive thru this morning and we ordered then went to the window after setting there for a minute they pulled me forward. Pulled up and waited a good 5 minutes or longer lady brings my food out and says have a good day so we checked the food. We were missing the bo rounds and picnic frys. So I went in. Spoke to a lady named Ashley she got everything in was missing but had to wait for the rounds to be cooked a couple more mins. So was very professional and all. The only reason this store got the 4 stars so because of Ashley. If it wasn't for her it would of been a 1 star.

I was in a line with several in front of me. I received my food before 5 other people. The front cashier girl and guy acted like they didn't want to be there. It showed in their attitude towards the customers, with me no exception. The food was good as promised, but the customer service was not a great one. The other customers were visibly upset that I received mine well before they did.
