I wish I could give negative -5. I got a chicken biscuit. Took one bite and had this frozen glob of jelly spice orange disgusting mess was inside the chicken breast. I think it’s the stuff that’s injected into it to make it spicy. I guess it wasn't cooked enough or the spice that they mix was injected into it wrong but omg it was absolutely disgusting. They dont put spices on the chicken. They inject this mixture of crap into it and I guess its supposed to taste cajun. Idk but that finished me. I'll never eat bojangles again.

This was a horrible experience the place was filthy and the food was undercooked terrible. I feel bad for the young manager she tried unfortunately it was an epic fail from her staff.

Pricing is way higher than all other Bojangles. I got a 2 pc white and it was $10 vs less than $8 at all the others. Chicken was cold and old. Mac n cheese was hard. Biscuit, couldn't even eat. This place is horrible.

This place is disgusting my mom went yesterday and got her a chicken biscuit fries and sweet tea her chicken biscuit was raw and not cooked now she has food poisoning and this isn't the first time this isn't sanitary it's disgusting

This is the worst bojangles I’ve ever gone to, I’ve given this place multiple chances as well, disappointed every time. The people that work here don’t care about you or if your order is right. They don’t care if you wait 20 mins for one biscuit and still get the wrong thing.. This place is horrible.
Food was fine but the tables were not cleaned and my grandson spilled a soda on the floor and we pointed it out and asked for a mop and bucket and they never brought one out while we were there

Walked in for some food. No one was at the register. An employee looked at me and turned around. She was working drive thru so I’ll give her that but then when she told someone they had a customer up front, a gentleman from the back came up for a drink and began a conversation with the same girl and they both went back and forth with each other cursing about “why you also so negative?” Cursing the whole time to each other. Then they both looked at me and then continued their conversation. I left without anyone even speaking to me.
