Was waiting for a delivery order for 25 minutes. Asked about 15 minutes in they didn’t say they didn’t have just asked for an address which I didn’t have yet. Another 10 minutes after that I asked again and then they told me they didn’t have it.

same ole thing ... but this time I got a chicken breast dinner and a side of pintos .. I love their pintos and biscuit but they gave me dirty rice .. I don't like their dirty rice .. but we were headed to an appointment and then had to wait for the fish sandwich to cook . 5 minutes but it was more like 19 and we left when they came out and gave us the food without checking it .. but found out ... no pintos and the other orders with chicken was cold the fries were cold but we couldn't turn around ... but for the last few visits to Smithfield and to Goldsboro Bojangles were disappointing . the food is either cold or not done.. and if u have ever had chicken that was under cooked ..omg not a good idea. the chicken. breast from this one was not edible. it. was so dry and tuff. the puppy we had are it. but ki live food and I know sometimes it's not going to be good.. but I think I will go somewhere else from now on ..I wish we could get some people to work in places that cared about what they do..it shows in many ways and no place is cheap anymore .

We order food and they didn’t give us the biscuits that comes with the order. I asked for a bo berry biscuit and they gave me a cinnamon roll. Plus, we waited 1 hour for the order to be wrong!

Just bought three 3 pc supreme dinners at Marmac Bojangles and was very disappointed! The chicken was too chewy to eat and the fries were so burnt and hard. The biscuits had dry flour all over them. Worst meals we’ve ever gotten from there. Tried to call and talk to the manager but after several attempts nobody answered the phone. It’s like I just threw $24 out the window.

I went to this Bojangles last week, it was early in the morning plus on my way to work. It was a guy in front of me and a lady behind me. That morning I order a medium sweet tea and Bo berry biscuit, it was young girl(she had braids) working up there that morning it had to be Thursday or Friday 3rd or 4th of October. The guy in front of me got his order and I was next but my food was not being fixed, the girl at the counter kept looking at me but she was not even trying make a effort on fixing my order which was simple. She fixed the lady behind me her order and that lady had small coffee and a ham biscuit but I was standing there as she kept on looking at me and at this point it gave me the impression she was not going to fix my food I had to ask the guy fixing the drink to make my order plus on top of that I was in a bit hurry to get to work. Since this situation I have not tried to go back here because of this issue.

Everyone working here was sooo nice! Felt really good in there and the food was so fresh!! Bathrooms were clean everything was clean. Also so happy to have Bo sauce back finally
