Worst bojangles I have ever been to the line wasn’t even long or anything placed an order online for two supremes and two cheddar Bo’s took literally 26 mins on cheddar Bo’s and didn’t bring me my other supreme told me to go inside and get it then waited another 12 mins inside what a joke staffing and management…. Will never go back I advice avoiding this one at all cost

Ordered online. Said it would be ready at 8:09pm. I left at 8:45. The guy before me said he had been there 45 minutes before he got his order. A woman after me ordered grilled chicken sandwiches and had been waiting at least 15 minutes. On top of that, I ordered two bo berries and got one cinnamon twist. What’s going on at this location? My family and I will have Bojangles again, but I can guarantee you that we will drive further so that we don't give this one our business.

I have been using this location from time to time for the past 7 years because I work down the street. It is completely inconsistent. Whether it be extremely slow service, some employees are very helpful with great attitudes, while others are rude and you have to actually greet them at the register due do getting the blank stare and why are are you in my space look. I like extra seasoning on the FF's, so I ask for it. I've gotten little to none just about every time. I just bought a shaker to have it on hand. The chicken to me is usually very good. I guess you can say this place is just a roller coaster and you may or may not have a good experience here.

Staff was very unwelcoming, the cashier barely talked to us and practically threw our food at us. Me and my brother both got food poisoning from eating here.
The people there isn’t kind at all, everyone has nasty attitudes and doesn’t give you time to order food, constantly rushing you before you can get anything out of your mouth, always giving you old food even after asking for the food fresh. Take take it to them and they get nasty with you, the guy who cleans in the dining area, cleans the floors and tables than goes into the kitchen area and get people food to take to them, without washing his hands. They need corporate to come in there unexpectedly. So Unsanitary. I definitely will not be going back. If they don’t like their jobs they shouldn’t be working there at all.

I was tired and hungry. Stopped in for a bite, two piece breast and wing, The barely speaking non-greeting cashier was fine, up until the point I realized why she turned my breast upside down, which was unusual in itself, but when I sat down and realized it was completely void of skin on top. Then it clicked I got served the dried up leftovers. I politely asked for a replacement piece and it was immediately served up by tongs directly on my plate on top of the sad piece. Sitting down and saw it was completely hot and fresh as you would want. It was delicious.I could give her the benefit of the doubt and say that it immediately came out after I walked away from the counter. But then She obviously should have given me the fresh piece either way. Especially this huge glaring difference between the two. The fries were very very well seasoned which I like but not fresh at all. The biscuit was dry and flat. The tea from the back was good. The tea in the dining room was stale. The dining room was extremely clean. I wish I took a picture.
