The last time I commented on this place same location? I gave it a five-star rating today. They were lucky to get aTwo Star rating The line was dirty and messy. The personnel uniforms were very dirty and unsat The girl that got my unsweet tea was rude and disrespectful after like I was bothering her when I made sure that it was unsweet tea never seen the manager out and about the last time I went in it was well organized team. The manager did an outstanding job and reflected on her staff. The manager that was on duty this time needs to take lessons from her

Yesterday around 6-7pm an guy that was working for the drive through had a attitude when I was trying to figure out what I want of the menu and he kept talking low til I asked him to speak up so I can hear him he said by I was shocked then he said u heard me…who ever he was NEEDS TL BE FIRED! He don’t need to be working in that kind of establishment if he don’t have patience with customers!!!!!

We were the only customers there at the time. We waited awhile for our food. French fries weren't cooked and there was no food on the front line. Other than the long wait the food was good.

This is supposed to be a chicken restaurant pitiful my wife stopped there 4 o’clock pm yesterday evening I just had knee replacement surgery I ask her to get bo chicken she went through the drive through they told her they had only 1 piece of chicken and it would be 25 minutes to get some this is pitiful a chicken place with no chicken u just lost a customer

Ordered a 12 piece supreme tailgate through Uber eats. When it got here they gave us a 12 piece chicken tailgate which is ok I guess since you just lost mo ey doing that but I was really looking g forward to supremes. Also forgot the biscuits and sauces.
always short staff and the couple employees get my order wrong every time. Especially through the drive more then 20 minutes waiting. Food always dry or overcooked.

I have been coming to this exact location for nearly 3 months almost every other day. The drive-through has always been a 50-50 shot of either getting my order wrong, not just a small detail but half of it or more, and they go back-and-forth between taking Apple Pay like a person would change underwear and then get pissy about it when as a customer you get aggravated at the fact that every time you’ve gone, you’ve used your Apple Pay for 80% of your purchases But now for the last week or so they have gone back-and-forth to writing a note on the window, Apple Pay not accepted. I pulled out of the drive-through this morning. Told them to cancel my order and went to McDonald’s next-door. I can honestly say I like Bojangles better than McDonald’s but I will never sit in that parking lot of Bojangles again. They have an awful staff. They cannot keep up with the workload McDonald’s next-door. I have seen with cars wrapped around the building and out of the parking lot and get them gone faster than Bojangles can get four cars gone. I’m not spending any more of my hard earned money at an establishment that wants to hire Whiny liberals who don’t want to work and zero work ethic.
