We were the only customers there at the time. We waited awhile for our food. French fries weren't cooked and there was no food on the front line. Other than the long wait the food was good.

This is supposed to be a chicken restaurant pitiful my wife stopped there 4 o’clock pm yesterday evening I just had knee replacement surgery I ask her to get bo chicken she went through the drive through they told her they had only 1 piece of chicken and it would be 25 minutes to get some this is pitiful a chicken place with no chicken u just lost a customer

Ordered a 12 piece supreme tailgate through Uber eats. When it got here they gave us a 12 piece chicken tailgate which is ok I guess since you just lost mo ey doing that but I was really looking g forward to supremes. Also forgot the biscuits and sauces.

I have been coming to this exact location for nearly 3 months almost every other day. The drive-through has always been a 50-50 shot of either getting my order wrong, not just a small detail but half of it or more, and they go back-and-forth between taking Apple Pay like a person would change underwear and then get pissy about it when as a customer you get aggravated at the fact that every time you’ve gone, you’ve used your Apple Pay for 80% of your purchases But now for the last week or so they have gone back-and-forth to writing a note on the window, Apple Pay not accepted. I pulled out of the drive-through this morning. Told them to cancel my order and went to McDonald’s next-door. I can honestly say I like Bojangles better than McDonald’s but I will never sit in that parking lot of Bojangles again. They have an awful staff. They cannot keep up with the workload McDonald’s next-door. I have seen with cars wrapped around the building and out of the parking lot and get them gone faster than Bojangles can get four cars gone. I’m not spending any more of my hard earned money at an establishment that wants to hire Whiny liberals who don’t want to work and zero work ethic.

Not what it was pre COVID smaller tenders was great but now not so much

What I ordered they forgot the egg and cheese on the chicken sandwich so I watched them reopen my sandwich and just stole the egg up there and the cheese. The server was wearing gloves but it was how it was done. They should have repeated it or something to make sure it was made correctly. The cinnamon twists were hard look like they've been sitting in the light too long. It wasn't fresh and the people behind me got rude customer service from a cashier who claim that she had workers in her drive-thru and she got to get to them. But a customer is in front of you and you're the one that chose to get in front of that register and I just looked at the customers and shook my head because the lady was so mean to them and talking so loudly about how she needed to get to the drive-thru. But when I pulled up to order my food I went to the drive-thru and there was a paper cover in it said the phone didn't work and you had to come inside and order. So I don't know if she was making it up or just in the 2 minutes that I've been in the building. It was fixed all over sudden. Dark skin. Heavy set black lady was really mean there is a such thing as customer service and if you can't do that you don't need that job. If you got to talk loud and embarrass people, you don't need that job if you can't conduct yourself as a good human in the Earth. You don't need that job. You're in the wrong field of work

Food is good have been going there for years. The service can be a bit slow sometimes, but most of help is friendly and curteous. Just went thru drive thru and saw they had a grade B sanitation. Enjoy food but will try other stores for a while and see if they can get there sanitation back up to an

Bojangles in Goldsboro was awful the man was cursing because he couldn't get the tape printer to print your receipt nobody knew how to work anything in that store they were slow they couldn't get your order right they took three orders of fries and threw them in a bag I eventually received a refund and I walked out I don't remember what street this was on in Goldsboro but I'll never go there again
