When I pay 3.oo for a slice of pepperoni pizza I expect it to have pepperoni on it. I orded 3 slices and a salad. So disappointed. My salad was hot and I slim Pickens on the pepperoni I took a picture of the pizza and when I come back I expect my order to be refilled I live in Cary.

Cheese stake subs 🗑🚮 more onions then meat yes 12 inches but empty subs barley any meat or anything except bread. Pizza is ok doesn't taste like it did 5 years ago. Best place for subs in Goldsboro would be, wawa on wayne memorial or lexys on Berkeley or little Jay's in La Grange. Good people but food wasn't it

Sooooo…. I always have good experiences here. I probably went at a bad time or something because my pizza is lopsided and my crust is inconsistent. I was already having a hard time on the phone ordering because my braces give me a speech impediment, but I always tip without checking my food. No good like this. Still love their pizza !

To whom it may concern:called your store asked an employee about the onions that come on the pizza could we replace them with banana peppers he said yes.I also asked him did jalapeños and pineapple come on the pizza he said yes.The pizza arrives from DD with lots of onions no banana peppers and no pineapple or jalapeños!Call back up to the store same guy answers asked him why did you not do what I asked he just hangs up the phone,real professional your employees!Called back to talk to a manager he’s too busy to come to the phone!The employee says we can’t do anything about it just call DD wow $25 pizza and no one wants onions on their pizza.A award winning pizza company that can’t own up for their unprofessional employees and can’t do a simple thing like not put onions on a pizza!I hope this reaches a actual manager or the owner because my family was really looking forward to this pizza and was disappointed,not to mention DD wouldn’t do anyThing about it so now out $25 for a pizza we couldn’t even eat

The wait was outrageous, the customer service was trash. Had my food on the fryer while they were talking not cooking. I started to asked for my money back but the order wasn’t just for me. Cashier got bold with me when I asked about the wait. If I wasn’t actively practicing patience it would have gone bad. But yeah I’m still upset I didn’t get my money back and some people deserve what the get most of the time.

I have supported this business for years and the pizza is usually delicious. I ordered a large supreme pizza yesterday. The dough was very thick (too thick). There was very little pizza sauce on it. It was the worst I have ever had. I called and asked to speak to a manager. He said that they have used the same receipt for over 25 years and told me to ask for medium crust next time I order a large. No offer for a credit or even an apology. I paid $25 . I will not go back or recommend anymore.
You are greeted when you come in And it is a pleasant experience. The food specifically the Stromboli didn't have much flavor. Made a couple of phone call the decor is like a 19 50s checkerboard look but I must say the floors sparkle. Parking is okay but I'm a little leery about going at night because all of the hullabaloo about the homeless people approaching you but I haven't seen much of that lately. The restrooms were clean and stocked. I will probably return.
