Last 2 times I've gone here for dinner I've sat in the drive through for 15 minutes or more and my orders were missing an item and I ordered one of the 2 for 5 options and paid full price for both. breakfast is this places only saving grace

The food was almost cold was not fresh not at least within the last half hour. The service was horrible. It took them very Long time, way slower than any other place I’ve ever been in addition they got our order wrong almost every time we live close by and their attitude is horrible. It’s always a tense atmosphere. You’re never a smile. Never good evening when I go there I go reluctantly because we live right around the corner.

If I could not rate I would waited 30 minutes for my order got home just to find out we were missing things they were out of the bacon cheddar tots I understood that but they were supposed to replace it and didn’t put the replacement in the bag we were missing a 8ct nugget and forgot the pie as well I tried calling got no answer this is the second time I went to this location and same thing happend long wait time and missing items I cought what I was missing last time but as my husband was the one that placed the order and I picked it up I didn’t know exactly what was on the order till I got home with everything waiting 30 mins in a fast food place is crazy

I went through the drive-thru and to the young man with the dreads working the drive-thru window that took my order and got my order to me. even put ketchup in the bag without me asking. very nice, clean respectful, very positive personality you can tell that he cares about what he does. We need more people in the world with good hearts and good work ethic like this young man.

My husband and I went to this Burger King to get the exclusive How To Train Your Dragon menu items. We simply wanted one of every HTTYD menu item to try because we love the movie series. When we pulled up, the line was super long and barely moving. It took us about 20 minutes to make it to where we order, about 20 minutes to make it to where we pay for the food, and then about 20 minutes to actually get our food. I wish I was exaggerating! It took so long, we were watching TikTok and playing pokemon go while we waited. The woman that took our order could not seem to comprehend anything we were saying. We had to relay our order multiple times and have her change various things cause she kept putting it down wrong which is why it took so long ordering our food. Then, when we finally got to the window to get our food, nothing but the smell of marijuana came wafting out. Also, they gave us the food the guy behind us ordered and we think our order went to the guy ahead of us. We had to give the food back and wait a long time for them to completely remake our order. It was awful. We arrived at about 6:30 and didn’t start making it back home until about 7:30 so what should have been a 5-10 minute experience cost us an hour of our time and for some really mid food. Worst fast food experience we have ever had and we will not be going back!

Place is clean and bathroom are to food was good and fresh.
Just turn the lobby music down. Can't hear when talking to other person, or on the phone the music is to loud in lobby area just turn it down some
