We are HUGE chick fil a supporters, in fact we eat here at least twice a week. This is not the first occurrence…they stuff the bags so full and rush us out the drive thru that once we get home we check our food and the order is incorrect. So, we either have to suck it up and eat food that we did not order or drive all the way back and fight to get our correct order! Oh and never mind trying to call the restaurant because they never answer. I’m not one to post bad reviews, but this time we have had enough!

I literally found a USED pimple patch on my fries. I could not believe my eyes. I called them because I wanted to let them know, and after ONE hour of waiting on the phone the call was disconnected.
What’s crazier is I open my nuggets and there was a massive hair on the first nugget. They are all over the place recently.

Went 12/17/25 to take my consumers to eat went to park in handicap, the wheel chair people couldn't get out so I backed up to move into the next handicap spot. And a vehicle pulled in and wouldn't let me straighten up to park would have hit the suv with my 16 passenger van. So I leave my co worker and 1 consumers to go back around and some other vehicle pulls in the ONLY HANDICAP PARK LEFT.

I had a free breakfast mini coupon that I needed to use or it would expire soon. I went to use it and got in the drive thru. It took over 1/2 an hour just to get to the person to say I had a mobile order. She said breakfast was over (it was 10:33 and breakfast closes at 10:30) so I could no longer get it. I’m like I literally already ordered it and have been in line for over 1/2 an hour! She didn’t care. The coupon ended up expiring because I couldn’t go any other day due not getting off for to work in time (military). Worst Chick-fil-A experience of my life. Will not go back to this location.

I don’t know what’s going on with the tea lately, but it’s been tasting like disappointment and regret — except on Monday mornings. Whoever makes the Monday tea clearly has unlocked the ancient art of “using hot water and actual flavor.” Everyone else seems to be practicing culinary sabotage.
Please, for the love of caffeine and sanity, let the Monday morning tea master train the rest of the crew before we all switch to coffee out of self-preservation. ☕💀

Our team came here after a cross country race. Even though they were busy they were fast and very nice. Food was fresh and properly prepared.
Special note, Mrs. Shelia was exceptional. She went out of her way to make sure our visit was first class. She definitely needs to be recognized as an outstanding team member by senior leadership and given a substantial bonus or raise. We will definitely be back just because of her.

I arrived at the store around 10:50 AM, buzzing with anticipation! I ordered a delicious cookie and cream milkshake, just the way I like it—minus the cherry and whipped cream. I didn’t catch the name of the girl who took my order, but I think it was something like Tiraine. She was incredibly sweet, humble, and absolutely lovely! Not to mention, she whipped up my order in no time at all! The whole team was on fire—super fast, well-mannered, and just so good-looking! It was such an awesome experience!
