I would just like to come on here and inform you about something that happened today I came in with my 92 year-old grandfather who had just gotten out of the hospital a few hours before we came in I wanted to treat him to some Chick-fil-A because it is his all-time favorite but when we got there, we were met with disappointment. We were helped by a older lady named Jenelle and she was very rude. She kept cutting my grandfather off when he was trying to order. He was trying to have a conversation and you can understand why. he’s been in the hospital not really interacting with others so he wanted to chat however she was very rude and when I asked for our cups when we where done she basically threw them at us and stormed off. I understand people have bad days and get frustrated while working in customer service but we were nothing but kind and it is so heartbreaking because my grandfather really seemed to notice how awfully he was being treated but I just wanted to bring this to your attention because simply smiling at a customer can make their day a whole lot better. I hope you guys talk to her and help her realize how impactful her attitude can be on the customer she serves. the food was amazing though we will always love our Chick-fil-A and we will be back, but please get her in check!!

Food was aight. Only had about three little pieces of sausage in my breakfast burrito. Coffee came when we were already done eating, which took them about 30 mins for them to bring out. Probs won’t come for breakfast again :/

I’m not enjoying the fact that I feel compelled to write this review, as Chic fil A in Goldsboro has always been a favorite of mine! I ordered a 12 piece chicken nugget and it was cold and tough, as if it had been sitting all day! I went straight home with it as I always do ( 4 minutes away) out of the bag, cold, not even warm, very obvious they had been sitting for a while ! I went inside to order and they were not busy at all…don’t know what the problem was but I hope this doesn’t happen again.

I came through the DT this morning around 10:50am using the app. I arrive home and see that I didn’t get the sauce I requested, as well as one of my fries look like someone has taken a handful out. Kind of disappointed because I come to this store every other week, and I was expecting to receive what I paid for. I will leave a photo for reference, as I work at a fast food restaurant myself, I don’t think this is acceptable if you want people to keep coming back.
It was empty went at 2 waited 10 minutes bro came out and the food was all cold and the chicken was chewy however was scheduled at 2 tdy needs to he fired fr.

Good food at a high price and worst of I had a hard time finding a table that didn't have a dead fly on it. A night mare to get out of. Spices chicken sandwich definitely held no resemblance to the picture. Sorely disappointed.
