Went to this chipotle years ago and it was bad! Vowed I would never return! Came in a few days ago and the management must be new because all I can say is wow so much better! The cashier was nice and the food was fresh and hot! Me and my husband were blown away by how clean it was as well! Will make this our new spot when we have to come to Goldsboro for work!

It was a busy lunch hour. Two were working in the kitchen preparing food, one serving the people at the line and one standing at the register laughing at the only one helping the customers because she had fix a mistake. The person at the register was holding up the lunch line by purposely not helping anyone. This was at lunchtime on Monday, 12/1/25.

I don't know what's happened in the past few months but there has been a significant drop in quality. My burrito was literally falling apart and peeking out of the foil when I picked it up. I always get light portions of everything to ensure that it's easy to wrap and not a hassle to eat and the past few times I've been it's been packed with rice and falling apart. I never had this problem before but in the past two or so months there's been a big difference.

Guess Who

It feels like every time I come here there’s a problem. A few days ago the dining area was dirty, the drink station was a mess, and the whole place smelled like dirty mop water. They had cooked chicken sitting near raw chicken, which is a major food safety issue. Portions keep getting smaller while prices keep going up. Avoid this location and find a better spot.

The past two or three times I came a homeless man is outside begging or sleeping inside or right outside the door. I feel chipotle should have more consideration for their customers and how this makes them uncomfortable.
