The food is good but the service is terrible. The people act like they'd rather do anything than have to speak to you. Probably one of the most unfriendly places in Goldsboro. The cleanliness where they prepare the food is subpar also. The owner of this place really needs to spend some time here.

Chipotle recently changed their pico de gallo. The juice in it has more fresh jalapenos than before. Now it is way too hot now and even chokes you. Pico de gallo is not supposed to be spicy. Take the jalapenos out of it.

Portion control. Not worth the money that is sad because it's Chipotle.
Don’t waste your money this food is gross. My husband tried several times to get a burrito from here and it was 90% rice. I tried a bowl and it was watery and 70% guacamole. They got my ingredients wrong and I’m allergic to some of the things they put in my bowl.

There was a leaf in the burrito bowl. The order didn't come with the requested utensils, not a huge deal, but frustrating since we were on a road trip and didn't realize it until we were back on the road. Food was disappointing in portion size and flavor.

Today they were out of the mild salsa. I don’t know a single person who doesn’t get mild salsa on their bowl, how could they run out?! They are always out of something and the staff isn’t always the friendliest. This is the only chipotle in the area, please do better.
