Its 1255pm sunday march 30 and a hispanoc female working the salad bar is eating a personal plate of salad with her food falling from her mouth into the salad bar ..completely diacusting and violates the health departmwnt code ...needs looking into..i advise her of the situation and she looks at me disrespectful..lol talk about cross contamination

Never been to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid and after taking my kids here 1 time, I’ll never go back. Felt dirty. Half the games didn’t work. Staff was RUDE & unmotivated. Very disorganized. We saw chicken wings sitting on the kitchen floor and the employees kept stepping over them…? Saw a kid stick his hands in the salad bar 😭 also, we paid for trampoline and they didn’t give us wristbands or socks, had to ask 3 times for it and then had to basically beg for someone to open the trampoline for my kids. Also, I guess they’re supposed to stamp your kids hand when you come in to prevent someone stealing your kid and they didn’t do that 😬 also a worker asked me to go outside and look for someone’s missing credit card even tho I don’t work there and I didn’t know who’s card was missing…? Like hello???? will NEVER go back and don’t recommend it.

Staff had little personality. I ordered an extra large stuffed crust pizza and it tasted fine but it was pricey and the slices were cut literally in 1.5 inch increments, which was inconvenient.

We had a great time, I had a long time to go and it is remodeled. The service was excellent, very friendly.
When I tell you this is the best place to go for anything kid related I mean it! The staff was beyond amazing and helpful, food was good, Chucky was out and was beyond friendly 10/10. The girl that had the really short hair with glasses (don't know her name) and the one with braids at the ticket counter between 12-2 today need a raise because they went above and beyond! I hope a manager sees this because you have two amazing employees that made sure every need was met and made sure my daughter had an amazing 6th Birthday! We drove an hour and 45 mins to get there and y'all it was worth it! We will be back!

Great Chuck E. Cheese located in Goldsboro, NC!!! I've been here twice and I’ll tell you right now, you’re sure to have a Chuck E. good time! Adults and kids alike!! I had a great time on my first visit, when I went with an 8 year old boy. We had pizza, played pretty much every single game, and had us a good old time! The 8 year old informed me that I'm more of a kid than he is, hahaha, which I'm not sure if that's a praise or what. On the 2nd visit, I went by myself! The employees were really kind to me, I wasn't given the stink eye or anything, and I wasn't made to feel strange. Throughout the 3 1/2 hours I was there, they treated me quite well. I was even able to play games with two 6 year old boys. A manager came by my table when I was eating my pizza and told me she wishes more adults would visit Chuck E. Cheese. They should! By the way, the pizza is off the chain! I often stop by Chuck E Cheese just for the pizza.

Pizza much better than what they offered 12 years ago! 2 younger kids in the group, I asked what game gave most tickets. I played that. I made enough tickets for them to get what they wanted.
