Just left Chuck E Cheese right now. Went for the first time and will never come back. The hijab wearing manager yelled at me that I was unsanitary because I cleaned our table and didn't know where to put the pizza tray. So I left it at the pizza area. I don't work here so how was I supposed to know? She needs a new job. She yelled at me in front of my KIDS and husband.

Kids love it. Clean, fun and food good. The only drawback is the 15 $ for the trampoline area. That's a little excessive. It's heartbreaking to have to tell my child no to that. Please consider lowering the price.

It is dismal amount of low tickets that the games now give out and for them to advertise all new design and prize selection it was worse than I've seen before. Spent $70 for two one hour play cards and left with a cheap cardboard 8 piece puzzle. Almost not worth the time or money anymore

The staff is really great! I had a great experience and I bought a fun pass for my family, but I wish they would have left some of the older games when they renovated. Anyone who is looking for something fun to do with their children, the pass is the way to go. There are 3 different options with low monthly prices, and the games reset every day, so the number of games you purchase in your plan is the same number you get every single day. My pass paid for itself the first day I used it...

Its 1255pm sunday march 30 and a hispanoc female working the salad bar is eating a personal plate of salad with her food falling from her mouth into the salad bar ..completely diacusting and violates the health departmwnt code ...needs looking into..i advise her of the situation and she looks at me disrespectful..lol talk about cross contamination

Never been to Chuck E. Cheese as a kid and after taking my kids here 1 time, I’ll never go back. Felt dirty. Half the games didn’t work. Staff was RUDE & unmotivated. Very disorganized. We saw chicken wings sitting on the kitchen floor and the employees kept stepping over them…? Saw a kid stick his hands in the salad bar 😭 also, we paid for trampoline and they didn’t give us wristbands or socks, had to ask 3 times for it and then had to basically beg for someone to open the trampoline for my kids. Also, I guess they’re supposed to stamp your kids hand when you come in to prevent someone stealing your kid and they didn’t do that 😬 also a worker asked me to go outside and look for someone’s missing credit card even tho I don’t work there and I didn’t know who’s card was missing…? Like hello???? will NEVER go back and don’t recommend it.

Staff had little personality. I ordered an extra large stuffed crust pizza and it tasted fine but it was pricey and the slices were cut literally in 1.5 inch increments, which was inconvenient.
