We ordered the heart shaped truffle ice cream cake and whatever we got looks like a little kid made it. Looks nothing at all like advertised for the price it's pretty disappointing

Super melted when I got it. People were nice and it was clean in there but regret buying because it was so melted

Ordered a waffle cone ice cream and a waffle cone was completely stale. Waited in line way too long no one to check out literally wanting to pay and no one to pay or help. I also ordered a chocolate bowl and a chocolate cone instead bugs all over the place not a great experience. .

I’ve been to other coldstones around NC and this one has to be the worst one I’ve been to. The workers act as if they don’t want to work or be there in general. It was very busy when I went today and they didn’t greet anyone, barely made eye contact, they seem flustered/annoyed, letting customers stand there for long periods of time with no help, etc. I understand a busy day can be stressful, but the environment was not welcoming. The ice cream melts extremely fast, I’ve never had coldstone and the ice cream came half melted. I would recommend the store to hire new employees or give the current ones a pep talk. No customer should experience the service I did.

This place is ran by teenagers who obviously don’t want to be there. I don’t blame them but it doesn’t make for a very welcoming experience.

My son took me out for Mother's Day for Ice Cream ;-) Danielle was amazing!! The store was super busy which can be overwhelming for teenagers. She was diligent in helping each person and did not let anything get in her way. I was super impressed with her!! She is a huge asset to this business!! Keep up the great work Danielle!

My husband, son, and I walked in and we were never greeted coming through the door. We gave it another chance and waited to see if they would greet us or acknowledge us at the counter. That never happened. Both ladies that were at the front looked right at us and never spoke. Finally one of the young ladies said in the rudest tone "order when you're ready" we immediately left. It was a disgusting encounter and we did not appreciate it. Please do better.

Customer service was horrible. They were extremely ghetto, kept laughing & giggling while the whole time never greeted or acknowledged me, never asked me did I need any help. It was disgusting. I just walked out without buying anything.

I always loved coldstones but I’m starting to see this establishment change in a way that I’m not pleased with. The service used to be so welcoming and friendly but now it seems as if the Workers act like they don’t want to be there. Also, one coworker fixed my friend order with love and the young lady who did mine act as if she had an attitude. The ice cream is great but I sure hope this issue improves because People love ColdStones but with unwelcoming people and nasty attitudes isn’t worth it. I also read other Reviews and they agree also!

Got takeout last night and brought my cup home. Found hair in my ice cream. First bite my initial thought is “ok, it happens. I’ll ignore it and keep eating.”I continued to eat.Assuming it’s gone, I get a second bite and get another piece of hair. Still gave them the benefit of the doubt and told myself “Maybe it’s a piece of hair that broke off.”I continued to eat.Third bite I see another strand of short/medium straight hair mixed into my ice cream and had to call it quits. I threw it away and it’s a shame because it tasted so good!??‍♂️ It just had one extra topping I didn’t ask for. Lol

So… 9:29 people were still in the place and I get to the door young lady say we are closed. However , they open the door for her friends and provide services.

Ordered a last minute cake for my sister’s birthday on December 25th. The girl I spoke to was super sweet and professional. The cake I requested was able to be finished early and was delicious! Kudos to whoever made and to whoever decorated!!! Thank you! You guys saved the day!!!
