My husband, son, and I walked in and we were never greeted coming through the door. We gave it another chance and waited to see if they would greet us or acknowledge us at the counter. That never happened. Both ladies that were at the front looked right at us and never spoke. Finally one of the young ladies said in the rudest tone "order when you're ready" we immediately left. It was a disgusting encounter and we did not appreciate it. Please do better.

I always loved coldstones but I’m starting to see this establishment change in a way that I’m not pleased with. The service used to be so welcoming and friendly but now it seems as if the Workers act like they don’t want to be there. Also, one coworker fixed my friend order with love and the young lady who did mine act as if she had an attitude. The ice cream is great but I sure hope this issue improves because People love ColdStones but with unwelcoming people and nasty attitudes isn’t worth it. I also read other Reviews and they agree also!

Got takeout last night and brought my cup home. Found hair in my ice cream. First bite my initial thought is “ok, it happens. I’ll ignore it and keep eating.”I continued to eat.Assuming it’s gone, I get a second bite and get another piece of hair. Still gave them the benefit of the doubt and told myself “Maybe it’s a piece of hair that broke off.”I continued to eat.Third bite I see another strand of short/medium straight hair mixed into my ice cream and had to call it quits. I threw it away and it’s a shame because it tasted so good!??♂️ It just had one extra topping I didn’t ask for. Lol

Ordered a last minute cake for my sister’s birthday on December 25th. The girl I spoke to was super sweet and professional. The cake I requested was able to be finished early and was delicious! Kudos to whoever made and to whoever decorated!!! Thank you! You guys saved the day!!!

My wife and I visited the location in Goldsboro on 10/10/2022 in the evening at approximately 7:00-7:30 pm. During our visit there seemed to be a plumping issue to which the two young girls working did such an amazing job of dealing with that and not allowing it to impact the customer service. During this extremely stressful situation, they were both courteous and professional. One girl was handling the plumbing issue, while the other girl took care of the customers. Not once did my wife or myself feel as if the experience was unpleasant, but instead came away extreme impressed of how these two YOUNG girls kept their composure and apologized for any inconvenience, to which there was none. I hope your company can recognize the two young girls from this evening, and I wished I had gotten there names, but I am sure you have a way with all the technology readily available to look this up. Please take time and recognize these young girls, and celebrate the one girl showing urgency to deal with the issue at hand and the other young girl behind the counter who truly represented your company in such a precessional and courteous way!

Ive always enjoyed this location as it had the outside area! But this past visit with family was unpleasant, the girl behind the counter was eating right in front of us while asking what we wanted and while dipped our ice cream, also the milkshake I purchased was extremely milky- not a shake.
Always a great choice for a tasty dessert! I love how they mix in the toppings by hand too.

Loved this place! Icecream was absolutely delicious! But be expected for it to hit the wallet pretty hard. Icecream for 3 people in the smallest size available, 2 in a cone and 1 in a cup. Cost us a little over $25! We're most likely going back, but it'll have to be for a special occasion treat.

The floor was dirty as well as the seats outside. They gave me the wrong order twice after I told them what I wanted, so I just took it and didn't want to cause trouble. The two working had very bad attitudes and acted like they didn't want to be therem

The ice cream we got today was from Goldsboro does sherbet with melted ahead recrystallize yeah. They told us they had melted in the freezer had knocked off and they'll it refreeze and put it back in there again to serve to the people. Be careful I took pictures it is sickening. I intend to call the home office and sending the pictures as well.
