I don't mean any harm, but I just didn't like it. Our first time trying it after seeing several good reviews, and I wish I could leave a positive. We ordered takeout so there's no stars for atmosphere. Service was ok. I ordered a steak sandwich and asked for no mayo and to add steak sauce. I only got a steak sandwich with nothing on it.

Good down home country cooking. Very satisfying! I had the turkey and dressing, yams, and fried okra.
The pot roast was outstanding and both the homemade pigpikin cake and strawberry cake were superb. Enjoyed the hush puppies too. Very friendly service.

Went there with my dad the other day. To speak of the food I got there was no seasoning on anything I got not even salt on the fries. The philly needed something to make it taste better.
Visited between lunch and supper - mistake. Macaroni salad was terrible. I had to cut up my wife's country style steak it was so tough and dried out. Rice and gravy was mediocre. Collards were fair. Total bill over $24. Won't be going back.
