Charged me $2 for these tiny pup cups but the one in Goldsboro gave them for free and they were MUCH larger

My Caramel Ice Coffee was delicious. My husband enjoyed his Mango Pineapple Refresher. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. We will be going back soon.

I frequent this location often as it’s on my way to work. I feel the need to share this review because I haven’t been given corporates number and I can’t believe how management talks to their employees. I’ve seen it twice where a male manager and another woman (i didn’t get her name but she has dark hair, shorter, didn’t have a hat on or even a hairnet…that’s disgusting on its own) have been practically screaming at their employees. You guys in upper management could use some HR training! The next time I see this happen, I will speak up and be getting everyone’s names. I will continue to tell people about the behavior I’ve seen and will stop going to this location. If you can’t treat people kindly, you’re in the wrong profession. If you can treat people at work like that, how do you speak to your family at home? I wish I could’ve given atmosphere a 0 stars because I watched your employee walk away & they looked like they were crying. I felt so awkward and almost asked for a refund. I absolutely know that none of them are getting paid enough to be treated the way I saw them get treated. Ya’ll should be ashamed of yourselves.

The 3 young ladies working there were sweet, & kind & everything was so nice & clean including the bathrooms. Donuts were nice & fresh too!
Worse place been to many Dunkin places by far the worst I been to the manager has brain of a pea told her I had points before I converted them wanted to make sure it would work on my sandwich no one knew if they would work they made the sandwich before I paid and coupon didn’t work so I wanted to see if it was due to a swap I made start to get ignored then I told them if they could see if it was swap I was ignored by manager an she starts to take drive thru orders then I see Cook come from the back and the another customer starts to walk through the door. The cook asks the other customer. How may I help you and keep in mind both manager an original register person ignores me an they do other things as I’m not standing there while totally still standing at the register being ignored as a Customer hints to them of the fact that I haven’t been helped yet and they’re asking him for what he would like to order Finally, the cook listens to what happened. Erase the register order puts right order an scans coupon while I wait the manager goes makes the sandwich an don’t even cook it all the way cold center an hands be my bag like I don’t care get out type attitude way to treat ur nurses after 12 hr shift this is what I receive at this place heck cook had more brains then manager an original register person whoms answer is idk to everything like their clueless untrained unprofessional management who think I’m going to pay for a sandwhich that I don’t want like I am am expected or something they are the definition of “nitwitted “
