The ladies working were so nice. I wasn’t sure I liked my coffee the way I ordered it. They made it right to make me happy. I appreciated that so much. I hope they keep this up with this location being so new.
This was my 2nd time in the store. The customer service was not good. When I walked in and up to the counter there were 3 people working. No one said hello, we will be right with you. I felt extremely ignored. I may give them another chance only because of the convenience of the location.
So far I've only bought donuts and they've been very fresh each time. Staff is friendly! I hope issues mentioned in other reviews are quickly resolved. I want it to succeed because it's close to where I live!
