I’ve always received poor customer service and rudeness at this store but over the past few weeks, they have had major positive changes. Everyone has been so kind and polite. The store has been clean and tidy! I asked the sweet girl at the window could I speak to her manager to give her a compliment. The manager said he is new to the store. He was just as kind and professional. Keep up the great work!

Wish I could leave no stars, I have tried this individual location 4 separate times and each time I get the same drink being the dunkalatte every other Dunkin I go to gets it right nothing special or hard about it, Berkeley has not made it right yet it has no sweetener at all very bitter tasting, I do not have other locations do anything special to it, they always come out good creamy sweet, etc. but theirs is like straight espresso mixed with watery milk and about 5 pieces of ice. I really wish they would reform or replace the staff because that Dunkin is in to good of a place to have such careless employees

I know my coffee order is going to be made the way I ordered it when Coco is making my drink. She takes pride in making sure customers are happy with their coffee orders. She’s also very friendly & she makes you feel welcome. She’s an excellent employee & DD is very lucky to have her.

The absolute worst service. I gave them 3 tries. They don't respond to the drive thru while only servicing one customer on the inside. The three times I visited I was waited on by two different women. They should find another job that does not require serving customers.

Went to Dunkin donuts on national donut day at 230pm...ordered one of their great refresher drinks and a box of 50 munchkins...asked the lady before placing the order if a certain one was available....was assured it was after she went and looked , only to get told at the window that they didn't have near as many as she said, less than half actually....she then asked about a 2nd choice to fill out the 50 count with and gave me the wrong ones....in addition to that, when asked which free donut I wanted for their promotion, I got told they were out of my first 2 choices and settled for a 3rd....then was given the wrong donut on top of the wrong munchkins...I'm not a picky person but that's too many errors and out of stocks for a simple 3 item order

I just ordered the SAME DRINK TWICE and BOTH times they added 0 sugar when I ordered literally 7 sugars. And because I doordashed them I'm screwed out of a refund and the listed number is defunct as well. Just rude man.
