I received the wrong order. food that was correct was cold. drive thru was stagnant. service was terrible. had to carry 7 items to my car individually without a bag to place them in. absolutely horrid location, management, sanitation, food, and staff.

I don't go to dunkins very often but the last 3 times they have messed up my drink order that the other dunkins locations I've gone to got the drink right. Today was the last straw that made me want to write a review. I was running late today so I tried using the app to order. I could have sworn I asked for sausage instead of bacon on my sandwich but I was tired and I can't look at my history because apparently I wasn't in the app under my account like I thought so I ordered as a guest but regardless I got bacon instead of sausage. When I got to the window nobody greeted me or anything. A few people passed right by the open window and I sat there for a couple minutes before getting fed up and calling out to people through the open window. It took a couple tries before someone came to the window to give me my food that was all done and waiting already. And it's not like I was the only one in line, there were people who went through before me and others that lines up behind me and I told the person at the speaker that I was here for an online order and they said to go to the window so they knew I was there. Sure it might have been busy in the front but not acknowledging someone at the window for 3 whole minutes is crazy. Nobody even looked in my direction or said someone will be with you soon, I just felt ignored. I'm going to try and find a new dunkins to go to from now on.

We went through the drive thru window. The woman was talking on her phone as it lay on the register. Shame on me for disturbing her phone call with work.
Instant attitude. What is with people these days? I gave her back the coffee and food, got a refund. Her negative energy didn't sit well with me. I think this behavior has become tolerated by us consumers. I will not tolerate this treatment. The employees must elevate their behavior. I refuse to lower my standards.

I stopped by Dunkin’ Donuts for a treat and decided to try the chocolate glazed donut and it did not disappoint! The donut was soft, with a deliciously rich chocolate glaze that made every bite so satisfying. The staff was incredibly patient and friendly while I took my time deciding on what to get, which made me feel welcome and unhurried. I really appreciated their kindness, and the tasty donut was the cherry on top of a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

The wait time was the worst. ZERO TEAM WORK! The pregnant lady was busting her butt, the guy working specialty sandwiches was doing great. Zero communication between each other at all. The tops of the machines where really nasty. I am vary surprised the health department has not shut this place down.

Disappointment today. They had two times to let me know they couldn’t fill my online order. Online and in drive thru. Didn’t find out u til I walked in and was told they couldn’t make it and I needed to go to the end of the line for a refund.

Worst service in town. Girls at the window are always rude, slamming the window in your face, practically throwing your food at you and if they missed part of your order and you ask about it; they seem really upset at you for asking where is rest of your order. They left off my snakin bacon. When I asked about it, she rolled her eyes, slammed the window and started actually heating it up. I used the app so it would be ready when I got there, but had to wait on the bacon after I arrived (and after I let them know it was not in my bag). Prefer the two gentlemen that work there but they are seldom working the window. Both are polite, and seem eager to make sure the customer gets the best service. Most every time I go I have to ensure the rudeness from the females. ? This location needs some customer service training for sure!
