Unfortunately, the rest of the food fell flat. The grits were oddly sweet, more like cream of wheat, and arrived lukewarm. I asked for cheese in them, but it didnāt melt at all. The eggs were barely warm, the sausage patties were tough and also not hot, and the pancakes followed suitācold and uninspiring. The bacon was undercooked to the point of nearly being raw.

I understand where you're coming from, and I absolutely support small businessesāthatās why I left a balanced review that praised the excellent service we received. Your server was fantastic, and I made sure to highlight that.
As for the food issues, I didnāt raise them at the time because, frankly, it wasnāt just one itemāit was multiple. By the time I realized how many parts of the meal were cold, undercooked, or just off, it felt pointless to send half the table back. I wasnāt looking for a comped meal or to cause a sceneāI just wanted to leave honest feedback that might help improve things going forward.
And Iāve gotta sayāwhile I understand being frustrated by a negative review, itās also part of being a business owner. Staying on top of the quality of food leaving the kitchen is ultimately your responsibility. If multiple items came out cold or poorly cooked, thatās not on the serverāthatās on whoeverās overseeing the back of house, which often comes back to ownership.
I didnāt consider my review āterrible,ā just honest. If everyone only leaves glowing praise and no one speaks up when things go wrong, nothing improves. I hope future guests have a better experience than I did, and I wish your business the best.

Wanna good small town experience cooking? This is the place to be. From amazing hamburgers to their cinnamon rolls pancakes! While I only go there when the friendly big red hair cook is there as their production and efficency is on point!

I love Eagletown Grill and I wish they were open 7 days a week.The food is fabulous. I recommend if you haven't tried Eagletown Grill that you try it just once.

Been three times. Thatās 3 times my order has been wrong. I always ask for a specific vege and Iāve seen it go to another table while dining in, Iāve had 7 layer salad instead of the vege I asked for, and now Iāve had corn instead of what I ordered. Food is decent, but thereās a reason why thereās never hardly anyone there, probably the same reason I wonāt be coming back.

I got āThe Pitaā recommended by my waitress Blakley. It was as delicious as she said it would be! The atmosphere was fantastic & my boyfriend got the cheese burger with bacon. I had to steal a bite of that & it was delicious as well!
The urge to not get food to go was real! ?
The atmosphere was great, everyone was super nice! Thank you to the gentleman in the kitchen! Will definitely be back! This was our first time and it was amazing. Prices are great, 2 meals less than 30$. We even got upgrades on our items! You canāt beat that!
I am a general manager of a restaurant myself, and I cannot thank the staff today enough. Kindness cost nothing and they definitely are giving it out there! The culture in that store showed people who care! Thank you staff, keep up the hard work!
