Parking: Not very many parking spaces with in the shopping center. Berkeley Boulevard is busy especially at lunch. So it can be congested

Quality of subs have gone way down. Pretty disappointed because this used to be my favorite chain. I could barely eat my sub because it was built so poorly. I ate it 10 minutes after receiving it but the bun was wet.

I ordered my sub, sat down to wait for it to get ready. 2 other people came in after me , how about the people who came in after me get the food before me. That made me really upset. I asked they about my order the guy said he was sorry he getting my order now.i told him if u hvnt started it by now dont I want my money back. Now mind u I was there before these people come in . How do they get there order before me. I will not be going to this firehouse anymore. To me this was happened on purpose, not fair. They are all a little confused in there. Management really need to check on this. Glad I wasn't undercover boss I would have chewed them out for real. So sad!!!

I Ordered By Phone And Specifically Told The Girl I Wanted All Toppings On The Side Specifically Because It Would Take A While To Get To Me ..She Repeated Exactly What I Said And The Sub Came To Me Fully Loaded With Everything….They Load To Much Which Makes The Bread Soggy ..Hence The Reason I Asked For It On The Side. The Sandwhich Was Messy ..Bread Was Soggy As Ever…Very Disappointed With The Service.

Got two subs to go but half-hour later we tried to eat them and they were nothing but a soggy mess, both were terrible and we threw it in the trash.
