This place needs to really do better with how fast they take orders. This is the second time I have waited in line over 15 minutes and had to leave due to taking too long on my lunch break. It’s ridiculous. You would think they’d know how to function better around a busy lunch time.

Everytime I go to Great Harvest there’s always something new to enjoy. The customer service is great everytime I’ve been. My order was a little off yesterday but other than that, I’ll be going back… today💜

The ladies who work there are rude and tired looking. New attitude may help and longer hours since they become extremely rude if you go after 2;30.
Thanks

I go here often and always try something new. There has never been anything I don’t like! My favorite is the pumpkin chocolate chip muffins! I just wish they were open on the weekend!

Always good sandwiches, breads and treats. The one thing I don't like is the fact that the items they sell on the side are not local and are from out of state sauces, soups etc. I go here quite often so use their rewards program but I feel like the threshold to benefit from it is high you have to spend 150$ just to get a free sandwich which seems kind of crazy to me. I think a 100-120 would be far more appropriate. The staff is always friendly.

Really fresh bread and great sandwiches. They always have an item to sample, which usually ends with me buying that item. Get the pimento cheese sandwhich, it's my favorite.

Good coffee. Great food. And I never walk in without seeing a smile on everyone’s face. Friendliness and good customer service at its finest.

I was recently referred to go here by a friend and this place did NOT disappoint! I really love how friendly everyone is and the variety of their fresh pastries, breads, and toppings! Very well kept and cleanly. They offer 10% off for military on Mondays and a rewards program! My recent addiction is their Dakota bread and Anadama! I was lucky enough to purchase a loaf today. As it is fall season, I was introduced to pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. SO DELICIOUS ! I love their BLT, PB&J, and ham & cheese sandwiches. Be sure to stop by for a treat or a bite to eat ! ?

The menu looked delicious and I was looking forward to trying it for the first time. Unfortunately the front staff was so slow taking orders and ringing people up. I was still going to wait patiently but then I saw into the kitchen that the sandwich prep person was moving painfully slow too. I might again someday, but I would not recommend this place if you don't have an hour to kill for a sandwich.
