First time we ate at a Hardee's and we both thought this is better than burger king or Wendy's.... And I am partial to peach shakes .. but yeah instant fans and the gentleman that took out order was very pleasant and funny and made our experience exponentially better ...I forget his name and I apologize for that but thank you anyways!!!

I used to like coming here but don't order the chicken sandwiches in the drive-thru. Apparently they can't cook them fast enough and they tell you to pull up but the line behind you can't go. Why tell someone to pull straight forward when every car behind them gets their order first but can't get out? Don't go after 7 at night because no one will answer the drive-thru. These things have happened more than once and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but they suck.

Food: apple pies are pathetic, No real apple pieces. The burgers need-fresh onion, lettuce and tomato. Chicken Tenders are great. Restroom is a pig ? style, always NASTY, no TP at times. You can't pick up a napkin, to dry your hands after washing them in the pig- style RM, then you have to grab the contaminated door handle & that contaminates your hands. Complained to assistant manager about filthy restrooms, he replied "did you come in here to eat or go to the restroom? "Very unprofessional"!!!!!

Absolutely a mess. I placed order waited in line for 15 minutes and finally got to the window to be told "what did u want?" We didn't get your order. I then waited another 10 minutes as there was someone behind me in line. When I finally got my food the frie box was half-emptu and my burger was so burned that it is rock hard around the edges. Never again!!!!
