I used to like coming here but don't order the chicken sandwiches in the drive-thru. Apparently they can't cook them fast enough and they tell you to pull up but the line behind you can't go. Why tell someone to pull straight forward when every car behind them gets their order first but can't get out? Don't go after 7 at night because no one will answer the drive-thru. These things have happened more than once and I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but they suck.

Food: apple pies are pathetic, No real apple pieces. The burgers need-fresh onion, lettuce and tomato. Chicken Tenders are great. Restroom is a pig ? style, always NASTY, no TP at times. You can't pick up a napkin, to dry your hands after washing them in the pig- style RM, then you have to grab the contaminated door handle & that contaminates your hands. Complained to assistant manager about filthy restrooms, he replied "did you come in here to eat or go to the restroom? "Very unprofessional"!!!!!

Absolutely a mess. I placed order waited in line for 15 minutes and finally got to the window to be told "what did u want?" We didn't get your order. I then waited another 10 minutes as there was someone behind me in line. When I finally got my food the frie box was half-emptu and my burger was so burned that it is rock hard around the edges. Never again!!!!
Great food however there's one cook at the grill named Lucinda that carries an attitude in the worst way when it comes to customer service I should be able to order my sandwich's freshly cooked as a PAYING customer without looking at her throwing a temper tantrum at me and other co-workers we the people that help pay salaries deserve better.

I don't say this to be mean, but just as an honest opinion. I feel as though the manager here needs to be replaced or let go. This establishment is nasty, I've seen water bugs, which most restaurants can't help. But the place smells dirty when you come in, the bathrooms are so disgusting, the only reason I used it is because I really had to go, I don't feel as though they really require team members to clean them and the rest of the restaurant properly. The food makes us feel nauseous, and looks thrown together. I feel like whom ever is in charge needs to take the time out and educate employees on how to properly make the food, and educate them properly on sanitation and cleaning techniques. But again this statement was intended to give my thoughts and views on this place, and not to slander this establishment.
