Don’t waste your time or your money. I ordered online, got to the window and waited. No one came. Went inside and they told me they didn't have what I ordered.. okay then asked for a refund and they didn’t know how. So they called the manager and he said I have to call corporate….

I have eaten here many times before with no issues. Good service and food. Very accommodating. However, tonight I ordered a hamburger steak. First of all, I ordered it with gravy on my fries, which I got. Other than not getting my bread, it was good. When I got my check the $11.75 meal was $13.25. I ask why the price was different. The gravy on the fries. $1.50 for a small amount of gravy. I’m all for people making money, but this is Highway 55 Robbery. I will not be back. Oh, by the way, Rylie gave us good service. Not her fault.

I always get the shrimp burger but decided to switch up and get the cheesecake. It was not what I expected. Portion size was small and had a little meat. For the price I was disappointed. The service was great, though. The staff were attentive and offered plenty of smiles. I will still support my hometown, Hwy 55, better known as Andy's.

I barely have time on my lunch breaks as is.well I ordered over the phone. I asked for a big Philly cheese steak all the way. I asked yo double everything meat cheese peppers onions. The whole bit. I Aldo got a small moose and I didn't even get a regular portion on my Philly cheese steak and I couldn't even pick it up it was covered all the way around in cheese. The moose had barely anything on it. Also for service they put no napkins in the bag. It's by far the worse service I've ever had and it costed me $25.00 I won't be coming back. Yall need to seriously hire competent people to do their jobs right. Simple instructions shouldn't be that difficult.

Update - Credit where credit is due. The general manager quickly reached out to us to make things right. I’m updating for now and when we get a chance to get back I will update further.

My dad went to pick up dinner for us. My wife wrote down the order on a piece of paper and he handed it to the person at the counter. When he gets home we have no fries and no drinks with our meals. The icing on the cake is that my wife called back and told them about the missing fries and drinks and mentioned that order was written as meal. The person she talked to told her that she was wrong and that it didn’t say anything about meal. I’ve attached the order for reference. That was both handed to the person that took the order and was in the bag when he got home.

Excellent and friendly service. Food was excellent. The cinnamon bun ice cream was perfect to finish the meal.

We had a group of 11 and were given wonderful service from start to finish. Food was great and fast!
