I came once again 3yrs later because my parents say it's a great place. Once again dissatisfied. Ordered steak, eggs, pancake combo for 18.99 I requested to swap the cakes for fruit. Also requested medium on the steak.
Steak came off leather boot tender. So I request it to be removed.
All said and done I was charged 4.50 for the eggs which were perfection. Then charged 8.99 for the fruit making the bill 14.30 something after taxes.

Sometimes people that are not used to being respectful can be seated near you and creating drama and a noisy atmosphere. Which was the case on my last visit. That can't be blamed on the restaurant. As was the case on that day.
Day after Thanksgiving...they were packed! Thanks to the manager, for extending unexpected kindness to ensure that my elderly parents were comfortable and taken care of in the midst of the chaos. Thanks, James! Happy holidays!

Ordered from here a couple of months ago and I received country fried steak with gravy without the gravy. No big deal.. spoke to Mr. Bell he said I could go up there. He'd give me a free meal. I chose not to. It's just gravy, so I ordered again today. I called Mr. Belll while placing the order and asked him to please make sure everything was with it this time he assured me it would be. I ordered strawberry cheesecake Pancake and received it without the strawberries. No big deal, but still very annoying.. Not sure third time will be a charm on this one. Dont get it delivered. Pick up and double check after them!

My husband and I went to dinner with my mom and dad. We all ordered it took 45 minutes to get our food. When the food got to us, it was all cold. as well as my omelet had ham inside of it was burnt and had jalapeño in it when I didn't ask for them. Manager stated they took a cook from them so that's why it took so long. If I didn't have to give them a one star I wouldn't I was so disappointed.
