I give this restaurant one star, because this is yet another GOLDSBORO restaurant that does not seem to support its military personnel. There are a few Goldsboro businesses who do support us and I plan to continue to only support these businesses in the near future. I find it offensive that Jay’s restaurant does not provide ANY U.S. military savings on any day of the year. We always have the best service from Olivia she always gives such a friendly and attentive service. The meal was fantastic today.
