Very disappointed, sandwich had one slice of meat, expected more for the cost

Been here many of time excellent customer service. But tonight we had the most rudest experience.. Gentleman was talking to low for us to hear we had to ask multiple times what he said then popped an attitude with my brother who has autism and then got an attitude with me. Definitely no going back there again. I understand stand being in fast food can be difficult but no need to take it out on your customers.

We waited almost 25 minutes for a giant size sandwich, and it’s $18. The guy complained about me using a gift card for part of it. They made it incorrectly, and when I asked them to remake it, they just stared at me. They remade the sandwich but only gave me a half size sandwich lol I had to ask for the giant size and have them re remake the sandwich. Don’t come unless you want to wait 30 minutes for a sandwich that was improperly made.

I ordered at counter and was asked if I was a member. The server did not tell me to enter ph # to collect points. I requested on sandwich bread, but was given on bund. Than they said the only bread available were the crust. When I complained they told me they were under staffed and they were too busy to be bothered by me. Time 4/17/2025 8:08 PM. J.S.J.

Don't order delivery. They have been completely unreliable since they stopped doing deliveries in house and started contracting it out to some 3rd party service. I've counted 3 times I had to go pickup my food because it was well over an hour and no driver in sight, 1 time I had to cancel because it wasn't being delivered and this time it took 1.5 hours to get my food after they gave their delivery driver the wrong address. In all 5 instances I've had to call to get answers.

Always a great place for lunch or dinner. Only thing I noticed the unwhich use to be wrapped more round and tight it was more flat and wide which made it a little harder to eat but it was still good.

I order here alot I walked in on the 16 of july to all 4 employees sitting at the front eating and the look I got from them was unreal like what do you thin your doing. So I try to enlighten the uncomfortable situation I was then greeted again with dirty looks I said that's ok I'll go somewhere else. I have never been treated like that at. And will not feel like that I imposed by walking in your door to place and order and every employee is having lunch at one time thays bullcrap.

People are good but whoever is in charge of ordering their food should probably lose their job. Everytime we come here they are out of something. I've gone one time and they didn't have any bread! This time they couldn't make Lil Johns, wraps, and told me after we paid they ran out of Turkey. Corporate I hope you see this because it is a regular occurrence.

I don't know what's going on with Jimmy John's, but the attitude is really nasty.And never have what you want.They don't say thank you.And I really don't trust.Them fixing my food anymore.Give me the keys I'll train them better

This is a after thought review , last time I ate here , the tuna sandwich had no tuna , or much of anything , today I'm eating at firehouse and there is so much meat I won't be able to eat it all .Jimmy John's needs to step up their game or close , and you need to teach your staff customer service skills they all have a stuck attitude , never eating there again ?.

So Jimmy Jonh's food is excellent. However, if you advertise freaky fast delivery, you need to adhear to that. I've been waiting for an hour for my order. I called and the worker told me my order was out for delivery. I live about 6 minutes from Jimmy John's. I ordered my food so I could have it delivered quick as I left my office to come home for lunch and get my lunch. However, now I'm still waiting and I need to get back to my office. Do you see the problem? An hour to make a sandwic and drive it 6 minutes? I'm not trying to be rude or persnickity, but false advertising is against the law.Do better. I'm disappointed.
