Don't order delivery. They have been completely unreliable since they stopped doing deliveries in house and started contracting it out to some 3rd party service. I've counted 3 times I had to go pickup my food because it was well over an hour and no driver in sight, 1 time I had to cancel because it wasn't being delivered and this time it took 1.5 hours to get my food after they gave their delivery driver the wrong address. In all 5 instances I've had to call to get answers.

Always a great place for lunch or dinner. Only thing I noticed the unwhich use to be wrapped more round and tight it was more flat and wide which made it a little harder to eat but it was still good.

I order here alot I walked in on the 16 of july to all 4 employees sitting at the front eating and the look I got from them was unreal like what do you thin your doing. So I try to enlighten the uncomfortable situation I was then greeted again with dirty looks I said that's ok I'll go somewhere else. I have never been treated like that at. And will not feel like that I imposed by walking in your door to place and order and every employee is having lunch at one time thays bullcrap.

People are good but whoever is in charge of ordering their food should probably lose their job. Everytime we come here they are out of something. I've gone one time and they didn't have any bread! This time they couldn't make Lil Johns, wraps, and told me after we paid they ran out of Turkey. Corporate I hope you see this because it is a regular occurrence.

I don't know what's going on with Jimmy John's, but the attitude is really nasty.And never have what you want.They don't say thank you.And I really don't trust.Them fixing my food anymore.Give me the keys I'll train them better

This is a after thought review , last time I ate here , the tuna sandwich had no tuna , or much of anything , today I'm eating at firehouse and there is so much meat I won't be able to eat it all .Jimmy John's needs to step up their game or close , and you need to teach your staff customer service skills they all have a stuck attitude , never eating there again ?.

So Jimmy Jonh's food is excellent. However, if you advertise freaky fast delivery, you need to adhear to that. I've been waiting for an hour for my order. I called and the worker told me my order was out for delivery. I live about 6 minutes from Jimmy John's. I ordered my food so I could have it delivered quick as I left my office to come home for lunch and get my lunch. However, now I'm still waiting and I need to get back to my office. Do you see the problem? An hour to make a sandwic and drive it 6 minutes? I'm not trying to be rude or persnickity, but false advertising is against the law.Do better. I'm disappointed.

I ordered delivery and was called and said delivery was not available which was ok I just told them to take off the delivery fee and tip and I would pick up they only took off the tip but left the delivery fee and when I went inside to pick up I told a gentleman I was there to pick up an order he then walked from behind the counter to a table against the window looked at a bag and then walked away without saying anything I stood there for a few seconds before walking over to the bag myself and seeing my name on it and taking my food and leaving definitely not a welcoming place and a down grade to service I have experienced at other locations. I then get back to work to eat my lunch and the bread was so hard I could not bite through it I ended up feeding my sub to the bird’s and ordering door dash this is unacceptable I paid 13 dollars for a sub I could not eat and I would not of left this review if the customer service was good

The food is usually decent and I order from here a lot because it’s one of the few restaurants that does their own delivery in house and doesn’t outsource to delivery apps and they have a $2 flat rate for delivery which is a lot better than paying $50+ for a $15 meal from an app. I’m fully capable of picking up my own food, but like everyone else, sometimes I’m in situations where delivery would be more convenient. I ordered delivery today and waited over an hour (which is fine, it’s lunch time) only to get a notification that my money had been refunded. I called the store and the guy on the line simply said “we aren’t doing deliveries today.” I’m not upset about that, because I totally get being understaffed, but they had my contact information and no one bothered to take a minute in the hour and a half that I was waiting to call to let me know that they weren’t doing deliveries so that I could, you know, make other arrangements. It’s definitely a first world complaint but it’s annoying and unprofessional and makes me not want to eat from here anymore.

I object to negative reviews in general, but sometimes you just need to warn others.
In a word, this location is...
Unimpressive.
There's obviously a managerial or owner/operator issue.
They were out of regular BREAD. I was able to get a "mini Jimmy" ... which was fine. Not what I wanted, and the kid taking the order acted like I was the idiot when I didn't understand what he was saying.
I'm going to save us both some time and just sum up my experience with I should have walked out when I realized that they had four people working and had no bread with which to make sandwiches.
My fault. I won't be back... which is unfortunate because all other locations I have been to have stellar.
