This is the worst KFC on the East side of North Carolina. Very rude very ghetto. The manager sits at the microphone and rushes you to order just to get the food and it’s cold.

I visited this location on 9-29-24 at approximately 8pm. This is the sorriest food ever! I paid almost $20 for chicken pieces I didn’t want, hard old biscuits and a burnt to hell, dried out pot pie! This is a disgrace to the KFC brand.

Horrible customer service at this location 700 e ash st, Goldsboro NC 27530. I was told I had to wait 3 minutes on my chicken. After about 22 mins of waiting outside I tried to go inside but they had all the doors locked. It’s only 3:00 in the afternoon that makes no sense. Female employees seemed to have attitudes. My opinion they need a whole new team and management. They should be ashamed of themselves.

This place sorry how they still open. I ordered online they send a ready notification get there still have to wait. This place is a joke. Like every time I come I’m waiting between 15 to 30min. They not even that busy to be so darn sloppy. Management get your team right and do better

I came here again and this time was such a better experience. First let's start with the food. It was fresh and was so flavorful. The clerk was kind and made sure my food was made with care. And I didn't have to wait long for my order. And most of all.... the place was so clean. It almost felt like I walked into a new store. Big upps to that crew....

I do not recommend it. Bathroom door did not lock anyone can walk in a matter of fact one individual homeless walked in if I would not have yelled out that there's somebody in here. The bathrooms for dirty. And they were very short of staff.
