Twice getting 2 piece white meal my meat was pink in parts. Tenders are good and sides. The staff are nice and helpful.

Every time I come here they are incredibly rude. They upcharged me to a large drink and I asked her why she did it without asking. She yells “HERE YOU WANT YOUR CHANGE BACK TAKE IT” I love KFC but this lady makes it terrible. I wasn’t concerned with the change as much as I was why she charged me extra without telling me.

Food was greasy biscuit was baked crooked like it was just thrown in a pan. Mash potatoes were normal. You have to order on a kiosk and not with a person basically no service.

I stopped though KFC drive thru on a door dash delivery and received the upmost respect from who ever the drive through young lady was at 10:12 p.m. on 08/08/2025. She greeted me and communicated with me so respectfully. Most places I get drive thru at now a days just state you order and don't greet you or nothing. I just wanted to take the time and recognize her, I wish I had gotten her name. It's people like that, that makes you want to stop again. Great hospitality. You put a smile on my face. You never know how just having a kind gesture can go a long ways!

They gave me the wrong sandwich and then when I asked for the spicy one she tried to just give me the sauce instead of make me a new sandwich, I said I don’t want this one because it’s smothered in the wrong sauce and I should just get what I ordered and she had a huge attitude. You’re the one who couldn’t type in what I told you don’t get mad at me, just give me what I ordered

I stopped by this location on Berkeley Blvd in Goldsboro, NC twice today between 4pm-9pm and my orders were incorrect both times. I attempted calling four times and no one answered the phone. I read my receipts both times and they were correct, but apparently no one checks the bags before they hand them out. Also, the level of concern when the order is incorrect is absolutely nonexistent amongst the staff that was working on Friday, June 13, 2025. There was a young lady with a headset and gray pullover bagging the food and bringing it to the window each time and another young lady taking the payment and passing the food out the window.

waited 20 mins for chicken nuggets got all my food one item at a time and one of the workers had a little kid running around snatching receipts and jumping on the counter and employees were very rude and nonchalant

Horrible. Tiny pieces of chicken not worth the inflated prices. Noone speaks to you, Now it's only order at kiosk, no cash accepted. KFC NEEDS TO BE GONE!! They are a disgrace to fast food. Go to McDonalds for bigger tenders and chicken filets. Flavor is a thousand times better even at a convenience store. CLOSE THIS PLACE AND GET DECENT FOOD HERE!

I arrive at 20:19 on 5/26/2025 and order a 2 peice white meal and a pot pie on the Kiosk per the Mgr instructions. Several minutes after the order was placed I was informed that the pot pie would take 17 minutes and asked if I wanted a bowl instead. I informed the individual that I would wait for the pot pie. I waited for 17 minutes in my vehicle and returned and was told it would be 7 more minutes. I waited and the pot pie was given to me by the Mgr with an apology. When I got home I found there was only 2 small pieces of chicken in the entire pot pie. When I call the restaurant I only got a recording. Clearly this KFC is not being professionally operated. Why would you try and steer a customer to something they don’t want and not prepare the food correctly? I’ve deleted my KFC App and want be patronizing these xxxxxx again! The Mgr sucks…
