Ordered white meat combo and got dark meat. I decided to let it slide. Well the chicken didn’t even taste like KFC chicken. It just tasted greasy. My fries were soggy and cold. The best thing was the biscuit. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Y’all make sure you ask for and check your receipts when ordering from KFC on Berkeley Blvd in Goldsboro. I thought it was weird that my order was $7 even. Then I heard the total for the car behind me was $8 even. They did not give me a receipt with my order, I had to ask for it after they handed me the food. It was then that I noticed a charge for the “KFC Foundation.” Near the bottom of the receipt, it says, “You donated $.61 to the KFC Foundation.” The problem is that no one asked me if I wanted to donate, and it’s pretty obvious the car behind was charged the “donation” too. I get $0.61 isn’t a big deal, but if they are doing this to every single customer, that adds up to be a lot of money! It’s the principle, they shouldn’t just automatically add a donation charge without asking you first. Just wanted to bring awareness to others.
I went to the drive through and ordered and my (2) meals was not correct so instead of making my order right I was told that I had to go back through the drive through or come inside to order again. They need to have better training about getting peoples orders correct.This restaurant is so unprofessional. Will not be coming to this location again.

Not happy with my experience there today, as usual this place has problems. Today no white meat chicken in order. I wasn't told about this until I called back from home!
For them to fix a problem they created, I would have to immediately return to the restaurant at my expense. The on duty manager wasn't helpful at all!

Went here tonight with my mom and daughter in the drive-thru, Amari was was a delight, not just to my mom and I but also my daughter❤️. She was very well mannered, respectful and also taking orders( I believe) while cashing orders out and handing out food. Will definitely come back when she’s here.

Employee over the intercom was rude, had an attitude, and would not stop asking in a rude tone if I was ready to order, even though we had just pulled up and we had politely said "just a moment", as we were looking at the menu.

How can you just get a meal deal and no biscuits? You want even busy?? I should had checked my order but I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO
Biscuits are thick crackers, sweet tea is not sweet, and chicken tastes like it was reheated,for $15, hope my dogs like it.
Got 3 people working was asked 2 come inside for a mobile order been standing here for almost 10 minutes n nobody has even acknowledged me
