The employee was not wearing gloves he was touching his face and clothes and then touching the stuff serving the food without it. Hygiene and customer service wasn't bad but the atmosphere they should be more clean and treat the atmosphere like someone is serving them.

visited store for take out. When given the order i tried to take a minute to check that the order was correct. Before I could check my food the manager came to the window and demanded that pull away from the window. When i tried to explain what I was doing she continued to demand that I pull away form the window. Her demanding took more time than for me to check my order. In demanding I pull up and not letting me check my order I did not get the drink I order with the meal. I would not go back and get because I did not care to listen to the manager's fussing.That said the food is good and I will continue to trade with them. I just hope that someone educating them about their mannersParking: plenty of parking
Food was ok, but got fussed at by manager at take out window while trying to check my order. Kept demanding that I pull up would not listen while I was trying to check order. Her fussing caused more of delay allowing to just check my order. She fussed so much they did not give me my drink that I ordered with the food and when I did as she demanded and pulled and check my order I was so flusstered not getting my drink did not register until after i had driven away. I would not go back just to get fussed at and proably blamed for not recieving my drink.Food is decent just be prepared for poor manner os staff and in particular the manager

My niece just ordered me a 4 piece Chicken wing, coleslaw, mash potatoes combo and I had a Sprite with no ice at the drive thru window. We don't live right under KFC on Berkeley in Goldsboro, NC and the weather isn't that good this Sunday, because if it was I would have driven back to get my money back. The wings aren't fresh, old and looks like it was fried in old grease. Please don't treat your customers this way, food is too costly and if you wouldn't eat it yourself don't serve it to others. Thank you

Order food paid for it and somehow my order was deleted out of the computer waited about 15 minutes before Mgr ask me what I order. Didn't say sorry or anything. Chicken was very oily won't be going

Went to this location today. Ordered the one breast fill up meal. It's still on the online menu. When I ordered I asked for the 5.00 meal. The lady taking my order did not tell me it was more than five dollars until I got up to the drive thru window. What should have been about a little over eleven dollars cost 19.60. I want be going back.
Went through drive-thru and was told at this time they only had nuggets, pot pies & filets. I ordered a chicken sandwich & sweet tea. The tea was terrible, could not drink it. Must say the chicken sandwich was delicious! But they didn’t give me any napkins.

Girl at window didn't know what she was doing! Gave our order to car in front of us. They kept food and returned drinks. Drinks were handed to me. Nope not after u gave them to another customer. She didn't understand the problem. Mgr came over and corrected her. Usually have had good service at this location in the past but tonight ended our patronage at this KFC.

Calling them soon, got overcharged on 2 famous bowls for meals. The service was awful, I’m not pressed. It’s kfc in Goldsboro but the lady who took my order was extremely rude through the drive through then didn’t say a word to me at the window and somehow managed to charge me extra on something.
