Went here in the late afternoon one day and donuts I ordered were stale and they refused to replace or refund. I posted a 1 star review and it was taken down. Nothing offensive was said, just told the truth. Makes you wonder how many low reviews are being reported to Google and being removed.

I stopped to get 6-donuts, 2 of which were supposed to be lemon filled. When we got home my wife tried one of her favorite (lemon filled). It had absolutely no lemon filling at all inside. I called Krispy cream and they asked if the other one had cream which she went to check and again, it had zero filling. They said I could bring them back for replacements. Mind you I live at least 6- miles out in the county. They did not offer to take my name and compensate me when I planned to be back in the area, as most who screw up do. So I drove back out to show them the dry inside donuts. They gave me a replacement on the two duds and through in one extra for my trouble. I drove 12- miles round trip for an extra donut. That was an unsatisfactory customer service interaction. I expected at least to be offered a coupon for another 6-donuts on them! But they didn’t really seem to care. I will not likely be going back anytime soon. Customer satisfaction should be a primary focus when you cause a customer undue hardship and stress. It only makes sense.

Came from kinston to get our cinnamon roll fix, seeing how their machine had been down for almost a month. Manager promises to have cinnamon roll doughnuts at 4-5 pm . Came back from kinston to purchase our sweets and was told that they didn’t make any!!!! That was shady as hell . I don’t recommend them anymore!
