Some of The people who works here are very rude. It’s Dec 18 7am I’m in the drive thru waiting I’ve been sitting here for five minutes no nobody has came over the intercom and said anything to me, so I proceed to say hello and the guy who was working this morning said why she gotta say hello and I said well. The polite thing and professional thing to do is when somebody comes up to the intercom you say good morning can you give me a minute not just have someone sitting here mind you I been sitting here for five minutes he proceeds to say I don’t care we’re short staffed. We only got two people in here with an attitude, so I say don’t worry about it and I drove off and proceeded to go to Dunkin’ Donuts where I go fast great service. The service of these people are terrible they are always rude and nasty, if you do not like customer service do you need to go elsewhere to work. Whoever runs this place need to teach their staff about customer service.

Um so this place basically just adds because fees and steals from you because why did I get 2 Snoopy doughnuts and 2 Christmas tree wreaths and they rang the recipe up to 3 Snoopy doughnuts and made me pay 11.40 for something that should have added up to 9 dollars after tax

When you were outside and you smelt familiar smell it had been one of those nonstop days. You took a deep breath, and your mind screamed. They are baking... jump in your car and as you turn into the parking lot, the cars are lined up at drive thru, people are packed at the doors, kids are jumping round and pulling at parents arms shouting to look, look. And you know,,the red Hit Buns , sign is on.Stepping inside to hear squeels, laughter, and, I WANT THE CHOCOLATE WITH SPRINKLES. YOU WATCH THE DONUTS ON THE CONVEYOR BELT. They roll into the hot oil to rise out brown. Onward they roll to prepare to get dunked as the glaze icing covers each doughnut. Everyone smiles and can hardly stop from licking their lips. EVERYONE LAUGHS SILENTLY AS A CHILD SCREAMS, MOM I WANT THAT DOUGHNUT RIGHT THERE, AS IT ROLLS BY SO FAST. THE MOM TELLS HER SON, YOU WILL GET THAT EXACT DOUGHNUT, AS EVERYONE SMILES CHOOSE YOUR COFFE, MILK, OR SPECIAL VARIETY OF 16 DOUGHNUTS. BET YOU DONT MAKE IT OUTSIDE AS YOU SLIP INTO THE BOOTH TO EAT THE WARM SPECIAL DOUGHNUTS . YOU REALIZE HOW MANY YOU ATE AND ITS TIME TO GO HOME. SMILING as you look at the HOT BUNS RED SIGN. Seems like they never have what is advertised. I've been trying to try the brown butter toffee since its first appeared on the menu board. I've tried on 3 different occasions, every time I'm told it'll be here Tuesday. If it's not seasonal coffee, it's some kind of seasonal donut they don't have. I'm just going to go to another location before it's too late.

Hi the manager on duty-told me he was only charging me $4.89. For 10 donut holes then he was going to add 4 donut holes for free. He took my card to a back register and did not tell me the total. Purchase the donuts inside the store
He charged my card $7.14. I did NOT authorize this transaction.
The manager Made the purchase and gave the receipt to me underneath many napkins. Then when I step out and look at receipt the door was locked by an employee.
I have sent this same message to corporate website as well.

I went there 9-27-25 @ 8:00 pm. They had maybe 12-20 donuts in the whole story except the regular glazed donuts which they had very limited boxes. I was told that the guy who makes them was leaving and no one else knew how to make them. The store doesn't close until 11:00pm. Terrible service!
