I alwAys love my Krispy Kreme doughnuts and frozen Latte ! The new selection of chocolate doughnuts that I added were old and hard this is the first and only time I have ever gotten Krispy Kreme doughnuts that were not absolutely perfect and there was a tray of the fresh ones at the counter but I was sold the hard ones I was shocked!

We can't go to Goldsboro & not stop in...we always go inside .so kids could see how our favorites are been made.but last two xs we been.it was down.so yea.kiddos was lil disappointed.but as were preceding to check out all the sweets.we were greeted.very friendly.helpful.clean looking staff.the lady (think she was manager.she had on different shirt from others) she let kiddos pick out their very own ?.since they got that sweet taste.the doughnut making didn't cross their mind anymore.we payed.lady did give us the discount of the day.SWEET...ohhh lobby was spotless.and ☕ area well stocked...so thank y'all whoever was working on Saturday afternoon 2-10-24 ...well worth the drive.will be BK.God Bless& thxxxxxx

We made a mobile order. We arrived our order was ready and all correct. The hot sign was on so there was a ton of people there, but we got out in record time. As we were leaving, one of the nice ladies who works there gave my daughters a fresh glazed donut off the line. Very impressed with their speed and customer service.Parking: There are plenty of spaces, but if the drive thru line is backed up it may take a minute to get out.Kid-friendliness: It's always kid friendly, they never mind my kids watching through the glass at the donut process or how excited they are.
My family and I went through the drive-through to redeem a fundraiser certificate. The donuts were fresh and very tasty.

Every time we've come into this place the last 6 months, they never have many flavors of donuts. It's like they have the donut making area shut down. ? the lady we've had the last two times, she's a gem. Great attitude, smiles, and we really think she's great. We're just not sure it's worth the drive from Kinston. We may head to Greenville.
