My family chose to have dinner at Logan's twice. Both times were negative experiences. The 1st time was a Sat. evening. Our food took an extremely long to come out and when it did the food was cold. There were other guests making complaints that same night.Thinking a Tuesday early dinner might have a better result, was a mistake.Mattie, the manager is very overwhelmed.This restaurant has long wait times, the food is served cold, and management does not have a handle on their situation.I would not recommend Logan's Steakhouse to anyone.

My family had 2 horrible experiences with this restaurant. The 1st time it took 2 hrs for our party of 9 to be served cold food. The 2 hours is no exaggeration.The manager urged us to give them another try. My family returned 3 days later with a party of 11. They were still unable to accommodate us. After being told there was a 45 min wait time, we were 35 min into it when we were told they would need to extend the time alot longer due having 4 servers call out. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone especially if you are celebrating a special occasion.

Showed up because a few people recommended it. Got seated right away. The seat at our booth was ripped, the table was wobbly, and the table was sticky. menus were also sticky. The interior is pretty dated and bare/drab. My table waited approximately 10 minutes before our server even acknowledged us. They walked by saying "give me a few minutes". We waited and watched our server walk to other tables filling multiple drinks and running food and didn't even take our drink order yet. We sat and watched our server make salads and greet other tables and still didn't even stop at our table and kept ignoring us. We ultimately sat at our table, un-served for almost 20 minutes while we watched other tables come in, get seated, and be served. It wasn't that busy as there were many open booths and many waiters around. We left without being served because we didn't want to give money to an establishment that wastes our time and doesn't even stop by to take our orders. We won't be back, give your business to someone who cares.
We often visit Logan's and until the last visit were more than satisfied. Last time we ordered Potato Skins - they were very overdone and I was surprised that they actually served them. I'm not a 'fuss maker' so made the best of them although I did mention to our server that they were way overdone - no reaction.
This was a very disappointing experience. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 was because our waitress was great and the food was ok. The restaurant was filthy and the bar stunk. Grease on the floors and walls. Fortunately our table was not near the bar. I'm surprised this place passes a health inspection. My biggest beef was a chipped glass on my whisky where I ended up with tiny slivers in my mouth. I wasn't cut but don't know if I swallowed any, time may tell. To add insult the manager came over and didn't even comp my drink, I think a lot of places would've comped the whole meal.

Excellent food, atmosphere and especially the service. My now 8 yr. old granddaughter and I have been coming here as often as possible at lunch time for 7 1/2 years. We always sit in the bar section , not at the bar ( I do not drink) and ask for Jenna as our waitress. She is attentive, friendly and always has a smile on her face. She treats my granddaughter like a princess and we have both grown very fond of her. She is a tremendous asset to Logan's and I hope management realizes that. I highly recommend Logans and especially at lunch time when the servers are top notch and the food is excellent.
