Was there 35 minutes. Ordered a crispy deluxe and they didn't put tomato in it. For a nearly $2 upcharge for lettuce and tomato I want my flipping tomato.
I eventually got up and left since they couldn't handle such a basic task in a reasonable amount of time. My wife had already eaten her entire meal and I was still standing in line waiting for mine. I didn't even get a refund for food they never properly made for me.

DON’T GO HERE!!!! Would give this place a zero. Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, waited 40 minutes and it turned out that nobody knew what happened to the order and I had witnessed a MANAGER pick up our print out ticket for our order off of their NASTY floor and realized that was why our order hadn’t ever been made. Manager was very condescending and even offered no apology or explanation on what happened. Manager was very snarky and rude when I asked for a refund. I felt very disrespected. Very disappointed customer.

I ordered four cups of coffee. ALL I ask for is fresh coffee with no coffee grounds in the cup! When I get home and begin drinking a cup guess what happened? I get A MOUTH FULL of coffee grounds in my mouth!! I was very very angry 😠 Is it too much to ask that you expect to RECEIVE what you pay your hard earned money for??? Totally Unacceptable!!!!

I ordered a 6 piece meal, they rung everything up separately. The nuggets were slashed through so I walked back inside to get a replacement. She took the nuggets back. I asked for a double hamburger since I’m lactose intolerant. She gave me a double cheese burger. I asked for a drink while I wait. She said “there goes the line” and the manager pointed to the register. This is some of the worst service I’ve ever had in my life, and they didn’t even give me the option to round up!

Guy at cash register couldn’t count change & no prices on the board , waited 15 minutes ask for my order & they couldn’t find out where order was , so had to wait again.
I shouldn’t feel rushed when cashing out my order when my order was not taken correctly never did they ask if I was using my mobile app and were rushing me to order as well. They also never put napkins in my bag over all I felt very rushed through my whole service. Very unprofessional!! I’ve worked at McDonald’s before it’s our job to provide a welcoming environment. I did not receive this from Wayne memorial this place has gone down hill!

Bruh, I did nothing and said nothing to this lady to anyone in general at the front of the house. I ordered two doubles a large drink. They gave me my food but not my drink I stood there for a sec and the lady walked up to me asking what I need with this attitude like I am wasting her time and I asked for my cup as she was grabbing my cup I heard her muttered under her breath saying the audacity asking for a cup and when I said "excuse me what?" She ignored me and gave me a cup and left? Like what did to you?.
