I did NOT get my Minecraft happy meal. I got a basic one and we had to tell them we didn't get everything multiple times. We got one meal and a happy meal. How hard is that.

3/8/2025, I used drive through today around 11:50am and the Attendant recevd my my order correctly but when I picked up my order at the window...I didn't check my meal..everything was correct except my filet fish sandwich...it had alot of tartar sauce when I asked for light tartar, no cheese and fries was not hot. I had not visited McDonalds in a longtime. I was disappointed.

I asked for a Mchicken, medium fry and a large caramel coffee and what the cashier rang it up as Meal with 1 large caramel frappe 4 MCNUGGETS 1 Mcchicken and a SMALL fry this is NOT what I ordered I am unbelievably upset

There was only one self-service kiosk working so I had to go up to the counter to order. My server wasn’t friendly at all, hardly made any eye contact, and she couldn’t have cared less about my card having trouble processing the payment. I just assume go to the one on Wayne Memorial drive.

Kid-friendliness: My son was playing in my table and they hit my son
Fries are always cold. They always pull everyone into a spot from the drivethru so they can keep their times down even though it's all a show. Sat for 13 minutes waiting on a quarter pounder and fries for my daughter. We get it. I open the bag. Large fry is halfway full and the fries are cold. The burger was warm and not even hot for us to wait on it

3 visits, and all 3 were terrible. First visit took them 40 minutes even though I ordered at the register they somehow lost the order, and then handed my remake to a car they pulled forward. Second visit took 35min, with 0 excuses as to why even though I asked after waiting 15min. Today, was just flat out rude behavior. 45min on a mobile order. I asked and the cashier said, "we'll get to it when we get to it". lmao
I know it's gonna stay busy at that location but this is comical to say the least.
