Just left from your drive thru at McDonald’s on Hwy 117 S in Goldsboro without purchasing anything. The girl taking our order was beyond rude being mouthy and aggressive. I wouldn’t go back there if you were giving away food. If you can’t find better employees than her, you need to shut the door. The only reason I gave you one star is because Google required me to put something.

I was door dashing and the manager completely ignored me. I was consistently saying “excuse me ma’am” because I had a question about a customer’s order. She saw me but chose to keep ignoring me, another staff had to come up and answer for her. You’re a manager, lead by example and stop abusing your authority.

I went with my family, and it took a long time to be served even though there were enough people working there. I went to the bathroom, and it was disgusting. Two urinals and only one was working. Two hand dryers and only one was working. On the way out, the trash cans were so full that I had to take my trash with me.

Customer service is horrible. It was a black lady with a little short ponytail with no hair at the window with my already mad cause she’s she has to be there and I left. She had a complete attitude the whole time.
The bathroom was so gross, I left without the meal I had already ordered and paid for. It had not been cleaned in days. Dust on the urinals and smelled like ammonia.
