This particular store was horrible. The hamburger I had must have been there for at least three hours and had at least 5 times too much salt. The nuggets were cooked so dry they could have chipped your tooth. This is the second time we have stopped at this location when we go to the Cliffs. Maybe it's because it's always 200 pm on a Saturday and it's just a bad shift of workers. But I have never had food this bad at any McDonald's. I would say you need to go to the restaurant across the street from them. I just felt maybe it was a one off after the first time but no it was just as bad the second time.

Only ordered from this McDonald's twice. The 1st time was months ago when they had the Mcrib. I was told to pull up while they finished cooking it! They cooked the hell out of it so it sucked... The other time was today. I ordered a cheeseburger. I got a hamburger with no cheese or pickles in a cheeseburger wrapper. This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The 1st time I went there I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and when I got my order it was a 4 piece nuggets. I told the guy at the window about THEIR MISTAKE AND HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO GO BACK AROUND AND GET IN LINE TO FIX IT. HE SAID IT WOULD COST MORE FOR 10 PIECES I SAID I WILL PAY IT BUT YOU SHOULD FIX IT WITHOUT ME HAVING TO GET BACK IN LINE. I WENT AT 445 PM. IT WAS THE SAME WORKERS I BELIEVE THEY DID THIS ON PURPOSE. FIRE THEM OR FIRE THE MANAGER FOR HIRING RACIST BIAS EMPLOYEES.

I placed an app order from my car on a recent weekday after the noon hour rush and went inside. Employees do not make eye contact with customers at the counter and will try their best to ignore you. About ten cars received their food orders before I did. Saturday and Sunday are even worse because that's where they put new hires.
