Went in to purchase the chocolate bon bons on Saturday, $3.49 each and I am pretty sure they were about a week old, stale, horrible. So disappointed, shame on you to pass off stale cakes to customers…

I agree to most of these reviews. Went for the first time today and i wont go back. The donuts are good. The cupcakes were hard and dry, but I should have guessed that when she put them in a bag instead of a cupcake container. The lady that helped me acted like us coming in to buy stuff was a huge inconvenience to her.

I Called Mickey's on early Saturday morning. I ask did they have any yellow cakes with Butter Cream icing that I could purchase that would serve 5 people.They said they did. I told them how I wanted it Decorated. And I would pick it up later on that afternoon. Later that evening I looked at it and paid .Will later when I cut it ..it was Chocolate (Which I do not like at all).Monday a holiday. I call early this morning and told the lady the problem.They WOULD NOT made it RIGHT ..Money down The drain.She said I would have to order another one and pay for that one.Also the employee was not friendly at all.She needs more TRAINING In Customer Service. That was you all mistake not mine.

the food is genuinely the worst i’ve ever had. i’ve had better creme brûlée from someone that’s never baked in their life. banana pudding was so gross. the owner is super rude, although her employees have been fairly pleasant. as far as i know the only thing worth getting here are the doughnuts.

I agree with most of these reviews, first time coming to this place and got some cupcakes, I'm glad I got a taste before I gave them to my wife for her bday. (We are traveling and didn't want a cake) I could tell instantly they have been seating there for awhile. I receive a lemon cupcake and it did not taste like lemon just a plain vanilla cupcake with sugar frosting. Was not worth $20 bucks for 6 stale cupcakes.

Came back to Goldsboro to relive some old memories, been here three days and went to Mickeys all three days. Today I went to get a cake and found that the same cakes, 6 inch, have been on the shelf all three days. Asked them to make me one, said no same day orders. Going back to Florida tomorrow so can't get one.I have been going to Mickeys since 1958, but never again.To sum it up, if you want old stale bakery products, this is the place to go.Also tried to call the owner, I was told she had just left and they would no connect me to her cell or to even have them call me.
