The donuts were great. The one star is for the absolutely horrible customer service. Walked in, not acknowledged at all, the woman walked to the back and let us sit there waiting. When she came out, she said “can I help you” in a nasty tone. I’m here supporting your business, it leaves a very bad impression when you act like I’m an inconvenience to you. I will not be back.

I've been coming to Mickey's since I was a little boy, and my dad has too! They've been in business almost 80 years for a reason. No matter where I go, I still compare every cake, cookie or pie to Mickey's. And for every birthday in our family, we make sure to have a Mickey's cake to make it a sweet celebration. This year's birthday cake was extra special, and I wanted to thank Melanie and everyone at Mickey's for their hard work keeping my (and many other people's) favorite hometown bakery going strong!

I ate a donut from here, and proceeded to experience a vivid hallucination where I lived a separate life that lasted 35 years. When I came down it turned out I was only out for 15 minutes. Great experience.

This was my first time here. I wasn't greeted when I walked in. Young guy putting the sodas in the fridge come over to take my order. I told him I wanted 1 glazed donut, he gets the paper to get my donut then he rubs it on his nasty apron and then proceed to pick the donut up with it I said no I don't want you to get my food and rubbed that on your apron 🤮 The donut was horrible and dry. I will never go there again.

Mickey’s was a staple in my household growing up your baked goods were truly a part of our family’s memories. So naturally, I was excited to stop by during a recent visit home.
However, I was surprised and a bit disappointed to find that something felt different this time. The flavor and overall experience just didn’t feel the same. While I understand recipes may remain unchanged, the taste and service both felt off almost as if something fundamental has shifted.
I share this not to criticize, but because of how much I’ve always valued Mickey’s. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue serving generations of families like mine.
Will never be back! We used to love coming here and stocking up for holidays with cookies and goodies. After today's visit we will never be back. Customer service was lack luster as the kid acted like he hated being there. The food was far worse though. Cookies were stale and tasted like they were missing ingredients. Chocolate chip pecan was flat and no flavor. Cherry cookie was so hard no one could stand to eat it. The muffins were rock hard and dry with no flavor. No clue what has changed but its definitely not the same and I am shocked your still in business.

Always get my birthday cake from Mickey's. Vanilla cake, white icing!!!! Moist unique flavor. You can tell it's all made from scratch. No from the bucket icing!!!!
