They used to give a great sized portion of food, now they give you less food for same price and vegetables no longer come with the bowls, and now that's extra and now you have to order separately and they and charging more for the cups of sauce

The food is always good and the prices are fair but the staff is always a hot mess. Our order is never right the first time. This time i called it in, he repeated the order to me and it was correct. I asked one more time if this is what he got, he says yes. We get there and its wrong. Then claims i ordered 2 crack chicken, but only got kne. Thej he claimed i only said one when i truly didn't and my husband was right beside me when i ordered. At this point I'm not even sure we'll be back.

Always love getting To-go here. The food is excellent, but you aren't waiting long for it either! Just about anything I've tried so far has been great tasting (bulgogi, spicy pork, crack chicken bowls are all 5/5).Do be sure to inquire about which dish is spicy!Also, super affordable. Most dishes are around 10 bucks. There's definitely more than enough food for two servings for a Togo tray ?.

Poor customer service hasn't changed. Couldn't get past the nasty attitude of the young lady who attempted to take my order. She kept sighing as I was giving my order details as if I had interrupted her from her personal life (psst. you chose to work at this restaurant). Couldn't seem to handle simple, order details. Hung up on me when I brought her poor attitude to her attention. Since they don't care about about losing sales I went on to Smithfield Chicken and BBQ, were the food is good and you can expect service with a smile.
