The young ladys taking my order were so nice. While i waited for my food the young lady asked if i would like something to drink. She also asked an elderly lady the samething. This is A-1custermer service in my book.

I went at lunchtime. I had all you can eat soup/salad/bread sticks. The soup & bread sticks were phenomenal. The salad had just too many onions & not enough dressing. Our waitress was good but very distracted due to training another employee which did affect her attitude and our service. This is why I only gave 2 stars for service. Other times I have been to this same Olive Garden and service was very good! I would still high recommend this location

Fantastic server; appreciated the manager accommodating our request to sit in as secluded of a booth as possible. Great Food. The server was extremely professional, efficient and considerate.

NO TAST TO THE FOOD . MY WIFE STEAK TAST LIKE LIVER. I HAD THE TOUR OF ITALY AND IT WAS HARD ON THE BOTTOM LIKE THEY PURCHED IT FROM THE STORE. I will not be going back here any time. Ohh be carefull they try and charge extra if you play a game on the tabley menu the have.

I would love to say that the food was amazing but I was never able to eat the food as my family felt very dismissed from the start of our trip to the Goldsboro location. We were told only a few mins but waited 20 mins. Within that time we were asked 2 times following adding our name how many we had input party. Even though we were all in the building sitting right there. By the time we got to sit we were put in a booth in which one of our party was obviously not able to fit into and then when asked if we could put a chair at the end we were told that was a fire hazard…. Although a high chair wasn’t. I didn’t even get to the dismissing and side eye looks we got from one hostess in particular. We will not be going back to this location.

If laughter, garlic breadsticks, and unlimited salad could cure all of life’s problems, then Olive Garden in Goldsboro is basically a wellness center in disguise. From the moment you walk in, that heavenly smell of pasta and parmesan grabs you by the soul and whispers, “you’re home now.” The staff here deserve a standing ovation—they’re fast, friendly, and make you feel like part of the family. The Alfredo sauce? Creamy enough to make you question all your life decisions up until this point. The breadsticks? So good, they should be classified as emotional support carbs.

I tried to count how many breadsticks I ate, but lost track somewhere between “just one more” and “please bring another basket.” The portions are generous, the food’s always hot, and the atmosphere feels like Sunday dinner at Grandma’s—if Grandma spoke Italian and owned a restaurant.

Big thanks to the team at Olive Garden in Goldsboro for keeping the pasta hot, the service warm, and the breadsticks endless. You folks are the real MVPs of comfort food! 🍝👏

I placed my food order online and was given a time that it will be ready and it was ready at that time. I ordered seafood Alfredo with broccoli, chicken & gnocchi, chocolate Lasagna, and lasagna fritta everything was good highly recommend
