Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

I was highly disappointed with my server. No refills on drinks. Then when food came out we were both disappointed the salmon was dry over cooked burned on one side. My create your own pasta was half the order I usually get. Then after waiting every bit of an hour discovered that our server had left! No dropping off our bill, or following up to inquire about our food, no refill on my water or my grandma's coffee which was watered down like they forgot to change the filter and put in fresh coffee grounds. Usually your staff is overly polite and attentive. Our server was indeed polite but completely abandoned us. I was half tempted to abandon that bill because I had other obligations and didnt have time for this. Your other sections server did step up after seeing I was unhappy and at least got my refill of water and a box to take the salmon to the dogs, and gave us a hand with the table tablet to check out. It's the only time I have had issues with service here. I will update this on my next visit providing food and service is better.

We had a gift card and so we popped over to Olive Garden for lunch. As always, we were pleased by the food and by the service.
Highly recommend: Ravioli Carbonara, Raspberry Peach Bellini Tea, Chicken & Gnocchi soup

I called in a take out order and it was packaged nice and neat and the food was outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food at Olive Garden is pretty good. The front of the house staff on the other hand is awful. The first time it was a slender arrogant white gentleman and I use the term loosely. The second time was and older white women who was just hateful. I do not know where they get these folks from. Now it's not the people who seat you it's the curbside folks. Olive Graden please do better with your hiring practices.

Don't order the lasagna it's not like the picture, barely any cheese. The soup as always is on point!

We had a wonderful experience here. The food was delicious and our server was amazing. She kept us informed on the status of our soup that was being prepared. We never had to look for her.

The food was absolutely amazing. I had the 'tour of italy' dish, portion sizes were great and the food was brilliant. Our server was extremely friendly and attended our every need, the food came quickly and everyone at the table had a great evening. Would really recommend stopping here if you haven't yet. If you have then I'm sure you'll agree when I say I will definitely be back for more

I will not do a telephone order with them again because they charge my card for my husband‘s order and then when they got there, it wasn’t correct then they charged his card for that second order. I just don’t understand why is it so hard for young people to understand what you’re telling them when you place an order they are not professional at all, and they act like they don’t understand . this is why I don’t eat out because it’s like your food is cold. They’re very rude and they don’t understand what you’re asking them. If you don’t understand what I’m asking you take the time to ask me. What are you saying. Because I clearly told you not to charge my car for my husband’s .
